Inkspire is a fully offline drawing application.
We do not collect, store, transmit, or share any personal information. The App does not require user accounts, does not use analytics services, does not display advertisements, and does not communicate with any servers. Everything you create remains on your device unless you choose to share it using Android's built-in sharing features.

Inkspire does not collect any personal information from you. Specifically, the App does not:
Request account registration or login.
Collect your name, email address, phone number, or any personal identifiers.
Read your contacts, calendar, messages, or personal files.
Access your location, microphone, or camera.
Collect IP addresses, advertising identifiers, or device identifiers.
Use analytics, crash-reporting, advertising, or tracking SDKs.
Send any data to WinnerCoder or to any third-party server.
Because Inkspire operates entirely offline, no personal information leaves your device.
The App may temporarily store information locally on your device to support drawing functionality.
This may include:
Current drawing data while the app is open.
Temporary drawing settings and preferences.
Saved artwork that you explicitly choose to save.
All such information remains exclusively on your device and is never transmitted to WinnerCoder or any third party.
If you uninstall the App, any application-specific data stored by Inkspire is removed by Android. Images saved to your gallery remain under your control until you delete them.
Your artwork exists only on your device. When you tap Save, the completed image is written to your device's gallery (typically in the Pictures/Inkspire folder).
Inkspire does not upload or back up your drawings to any server.
If you choose to import a photo as a drawing background, the image is selected through Android's system photo picker.
The image:
Is processed only on your device.
Is never transmitted.
Is not uploaded to any server.
Is not retained by Inkspire after you close the drawing unless you save the resulting artwork.
Inkspire includes a Share feature.
When you tap Share, Android's standard share sheet opens and allows you to select another app (such as WhatsApp, Gmail, Messenger, or others).
Inkspire does not send your content anywhere itself. Any handling of shared content after you choose another app is governed by that app's own privacy policy.
Inkspire may read the device accelerometer locally to detect a "shake" gesture used for actions such as clearing the canvas.
This sensor data:
Is processed entirely on-device.
Is never recorded.
Is never stored.
Is never transmitted.
Inkspire generally requires no storage permission because it uses Android's scoped storage and system photo picker.
Inkspire may request storage access solely to allow you to save drawings to your device gallery.
The App does not request permissions unrelated to its drawing functionality.
Inkspire does not integrate any third-party services that collect user information.

Marketing platforms
The App uses standard Android libraries, including AndroidX and Material Design components, which operate locally on your device and do not collect or transmit personal information.

Because Inkspire does not collect any personal information from any user, including children, there is no collection, storage, or sharing of children's data.

Any information stored by the App remains protected by Android's standard application sandbox security model.
Because we collect no personal data, there is no personal data for us to retain or delete.
Images that you save to your device gallery remain under your control and may be deleted at any time using your device's file manager or gallery application.
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time.
If we make material changes, we will:
Update the Effective Date at the top of this policy.
Publish the revised policy within the App or its Google Play listing.
