Privacy Policy for HIIT Flow Timer

HIIT Flow Timer is developed and published by PrzemoFitness.
Overview
This Privacy Policy explains how information is handled when users install and use HIIT Flow Timer.
HIIT Flow Timer does not require users to create an account or provide their name, email address, workout history, health information, or other personal information directly to PrzemoFitness.
Local Data
Workout presets, timer settings, saved workouts, sound preferences, and other app preferences are stored locally on the user's device.
PrzemoFitness does not upload this locally stored workout information to its own servers. Local data remains on the device until the user deletes it, clears the app's storage, or uninstalls the app.
Advertising and Third-Party Data Processing
HIIT Flow Timer uses the Google Mobile Ads SDK, provided by Google, to display banner advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share information including:
• The device's IP address, which may be used to estimate general location.
• App and advertisement interactions, such as app launches, taps, and video views.
• Diagnostic and performance information, such as app launch time, hang rate, and energy usage.
• Device and account identifiers, including the Android advertising ID, app set ID, and other applicable device identifiers.
Google may use this information for advertising, analytics, ad measurement, and fraud prevention. Information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
HIIT Flow Timer does not request or access precise GPS location, contacts, camera, microphone, or health-service data.
Advertising Consent and Privacy Choices
Where required by applicable law, HIIT Flow Timer uses Google's User Messaging Platform to request and manage advertising consent before requesting advertisements.
Users may consent, decline consent, or manage their privacy choices. Depending on the user's location and choices, Google may provide personalized, non-personalized, or limited advertisements.
When required, users can review or change their advertising privacy choices through the Privacy options control in the app's Settings screen.
Android users can also reset or delete their advertising identifier through their device's privacy settings.
Third-Party Services
HIIT Flow Timer uses the following Google services:
• Google AdMob for displaying advertisements.
• Google User Messaging Platform for managing applicable privacy choices.
• Google Play for app distribution, updates, and store services.

The app also uses software libraries for local audio playback, local preference storage, opening external links, reading the installed app version, and keeping the screen awake during an active workout.
Data Retention and Deletion
PrzemoFitness does not maintain user accounts or a server-side database of users' workout settings.
Users can delete locally stored data by deleting saved workouts, resetting the app, clearing the app's storage, or uninstalling the app.
Information processed by Google is retained and deleted according to Google's policies and the user's privacy and advertising choices.
Children's Privacy
HIIT Flow Timer is not specifically directed toward children under 13 and does not knowingly request personal information directly from children.
Health Information
HIIT Flow Timer is a general fitness interval timer. It does not collect medical or health records and does not provide medical advice, diagnosis, treatment, or health monitoring.
Security
PrzemoFitness limits direct data handling by storing workout settings locally and not operating a user-account server. Information processed by Google is protected according to Google's security practices, including encryption in transit where applicable.
Changes to This Privacy Policy
This Privacy Policy may be updated when the app's features, third-party services, or data practices change. Updates will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
