Privacy Policy — Future Baby

This Privacy Policy describes how Future Baby ("Company", "we", "us", or "our") collects, uses, discloses, and retains information when you use our mobile application (the "Service"). It also explains your rights and choices. Country of operation: Turkey.

By using the Service, you agree to the practices described here.

Definitions

Personal Data means any information relating to an identified or identifiable natural person.

Face Data means data derived from images or video frames containing a human face, including face detection results (e.g., bounding boxes) and non‑biometric facial landmarks (e.g., approximate eye/mouth positions) used to place effects. We do not create or store biometric identifiers or face templates ("faceprints") used to identify or verify a person, and we do not perform face recognition.

Other capitalized terms (Account, Device, Service Provider, Usage Data, etc.) have their usual meanings.

At‑a‑Glance: How Future Baby Handles Your Images

• You choose two photos (e.g., mother and father) from your device gallery.
  
  

• The selected photos are sent securely to our AI processing provider a third‑party AI processing provider to generate a Future Baby image solely for your request.
  
  

• We do not store the parent photos or any intermediate Face Data.
  
  

• The generated Future Baby output image may be saved in Firebase Storage to your account so you can view/download later.
  
  

• We do not build identification profiles, face templates, or embeddings, and we do not use your content for ads or model training.
  
  

Information We Collect

1) Personal Data You Provide

If you contact us (for example, by email), we collect the information you include (such as your email address and message content) to respond to you.

2) Usage Data (Diagnostics/Analytics)

We may collect technical diagnostics when you use the Service (e.g., device model, OS version, app version, crash logs, and aggregated usage) to maintain and improve the app. IP address may be processed transiently for network delivery and anti‑abuse. We do not use Usage Data to identify you personally.

3) Images, Camera & Photo Library

With your permission, the app can access the device camera and photo library so that you can open, edit, and export photos.

• On‑Device Operations. Interface previews and some transforms run locally on your device.
  
  

• Cloud Processing (Third‑Party AI Provider). For the Future Baby feature, the two photos you select are securely uploaded to a third‑party AI processing provider to generate the Future Baby image and return it to you. Upload occurs only when you explicitly initiate processing.
  
  

You can revoke camera/photo access anytime in your device settings.

Face Data — Collection, Use, Sharing, and Retention

This section is designed to address App Store review questions.

What Face Data We Collect

We may detect the presence and location of faces in the selected photos and compute non‑biometric facial landmarks (e.g., approximate eye and mouth positions) necessary to align effects and perform the Future Baby generation. We do not create or store biometric identifiers or face templates ("faceprints") and do not perform face recognition.

How We Use Face Data

Face detection/landmarks are used only to deliver the features you request (e.g., generating the Future Baby image). We do not use Face Data for advertising, profiling, or model training.

Sharing & Storage of Face Data

• Processing Provider (a third‑party AI processing provider). When you start the Future Baby generation, the two selected parent photos are transmitted via encrypted channels (TLS) to a third‑party AI processing provider solely to perform the requested generation and return the output. Face detection may occur on the provider’s systems as needed to fulfill your request.
  
  

• No Marketing/Ads Sharing. We do not share Face Data with advertising networks, data brokers, or social platforms.
  
  

• No Local Retention of Inputs. We do not store the original parent photos or intermediate Face Data on our servers. Inputs are processed and discarded after the operation. The output (the generated Future Baby image) may be stored in Firebase Storage under your account so that you can access it later.
  
  

Retention of Face Data

• Parent Photos & Intermediate Face Data: 0 hours retained by us — we do not store them. They exist only transiently during processing with the provider and are not persisted on our servers.
  
  

• Provider Handling: We instruct and configure our provider so that content is processed only to fulfill your request and is not used to train models. Any short‑lived caching or logs maintained by the provider for security/abuse prevention should not exceed the provider’s minimal operational window and must not be used for model training.
  
  

• Generated Outputs (Future Baby): The resulting image may be stored in Firebase Storage and associated with your account until you delete it from within the app or request deletion. If you delete your account, we will delete stored outputs as part of account deletion.
  
  

How We Use Personal Data (All Purposes)

We process Personal Data to: (a) provide and maintain the Service; (b) deliver requested features (including Future Baby generation via a third‑party AI processing provider); (c) communicate service and support messages; (d) protect against fraud and abuse; and (e) comply with legal obligations. We do not sell your Personal Data.

Third‑Party Service Providers

We use third‑party processors to operate the Service:

• AI Processing: a third‑party AI processing provider — generates the Future Baby image from the two photos you submit for that purpose.
  
  

• Storage: Firebase Storage (Google Cloud) — stores the output images you choose to keep linked to your account.
  
  

• Diagnostics (optional): Crash/analytics tools to maintain app stability.
  
  

Processors are bound by contracts to process data only on our instructions, apply appropriate security, and not use your content for advertising or profile building.

Data Security

We use commercially reasonable security measures to protect your information.

• In Transit: All network communications with processors are encrypted (TLS).
  
  

• At Rest: Output images stored in Firebase Storage are encrypted at rest by the provider.
  No method of transmission or storage is 100% secure, but we work to safeguard your data.
  
  

Your Choices & Rights

• Permissions: You can disable camera and photo library access at any time in system settings.
  
  

• Manage Outputs: You may delete generated output images from within the app. You can also email us to request deletion of account‑linked storage.
  
  

• Access/Deletion Requests: Contact yahyat64@gmail.com to request access to, correction of, or deletion of Personal Data we hold about you.
  
  

Legal Bases (where applicable)

We rely on: consent (camera/gallery access; initiating cloud processing), performance of a contract (to deliver requested features), and legitimate interests (security, diagnostics) to process Personal Data.

International Transfers

AI processing and/or storage may occur on infrastructure operated by our providers, which can be located outside your country. We implement appropriate safeguards for international transfers as required by applicable law.

Children’s Privacy

The Service is not directed to children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect Personal Data from children under 13. If you believe a child provided Personal Data, contact us so we can delete it.

Changes to This Policy

We may update this Policy. We will post the updated version with a new "Last updated" date and, where required, notify you in‑app or by email.
