This Privacy Policy describes how data is handled in the following applications developed by FUNCAPP TECH ("the Developer", "we", "us"):
STOICA (com.stoica.gym) — Fitness training and habit tracking app
GoScan (com.goscan) — Document scanning app
This policy will also apply to future applications from the same developer, including a Phone Alarm app and a CRM/ERP app for businesses, as well as to updates to STOICA that add AI-powered (RAG) document search and Q&A features.

Currently, our applications do not have our own servers that store your personal data. Information you generate within the apps (e.g., workout routines, body measurements, progress photos, scanned documents, OCR-extracted text) is stored locally on your device, unless otherwise stated for a specific feature.
We use the following third-party services, which may automatically collect certain information:
Google AdMob (advertising)
Advertising ID
General device information (model, operating system, language, time zone)
Approximate IP-based location (general, not precise)
Interactions with ads shown in the app
Firebase Crashlytics (crash reporting)
Technical device information (model, Android version, available memory)
Technical logs related to errors or unexpected app crashes
Anonymous installation identifiers
This data is collected and processed by Google in accordance with its own privacy policy, available at: https://policies.google.com/privacy
We use this data to:
Display ads within the application (AdMob)
Detect, diagnose, and fix technical errors (Crashlytics)
Improve the stability and performance of the apps
We do not use your data for sale to third parties or for purposes other than those described here.
Some features of our apps, such as text recognition (OCR) or future document Q&A assistants (RAG) in STOICA and GoScan, are processed directly on your device ("on-device"). This means the content of your documents or routines is not sent to external servers for this processing, unless explicitly stated otherwise in a future update to this policy.
Depending on the app, we may request permissions such as camera (to scan documents or take progress photos), storage (to save or open files), or notifications (e.g., for the future Alarm app). These permissions are used only for the corresponding features within the app.
Our applications are not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect information from children.
Although we do not store your data on our own servers, we take reasonable measures to protect the information processed locally and through trusted third-party services such as Google.
You can delete data stored locally by uninstalling the app or clearing the app's data from your Android device settings. You can reset or limit the use of your Advertising ID from your Android device's ad settings.
We may update this Privacy Policy as new apps are added (Alarm, CRM/ERP) or new features are introduced (such as the AI assistant in STOICA). Any changes will be posted on this same page along with the corresponding update date.
