Privacy Policy — Fancy Slot Machine

MJB PROPERTY DEVELOPMENTS ("we", "us", "our") develops and publishes the mobile application Fancy Slot Machine (the "App").

This Privacy Policy explains how the App handles information. In short: the App does not collect, store, transmit or share any personal data.

3. No third-party components

The App does not include:

• Advertising networks or ad SDKs

• Analytics, attribution or measurement SDKs

• Third-party APKs, bundled applications or additional products

• Social network logins or sharing SDKs

• Any other third-party libraries that transmit user data off the device

No data is shared with, sold to, or disclosed to any third party, because no data is collected in the first place.

4. Local data on your device

Game progress such as your virtual coin balance, bet settings, session statistics, spin history and best score are stored locally on your device only, within the App's private storage. This information never leaves your device and is not accessible to us.

Uninstalling the App permanently deletes this local data. You may also clear it at any time through your device settings (Settings → Apps → Fancy Slot Machine → Storage → Clear data).

5. Permissions

The App requires no sensitive Android runtime permissions. It does not request network access for the purpose of transmitting user information, and the game functions fully offline.

6. Children's privacy

The App is a simulated slot machine game intended for users aged 18 and over for entertainment purposes only. It is not directed at children. As the App collects no data of any kind, no personal information from children is collected, stored or processed. We comply with the Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (COPPA) and the UK Age Appropriate Design Code by virtue of collecting no data.

The App is a free entertainment product. It does not offer real money gambling and does not provide an opportunity to win real money or prizes. All coins, chips and balances within the App are virtual, have no monetary value, and cannot be purchased, exchanged, redeemed or cashed out.
