Summary: Forge Workout Tracker is built with a strict privacy-first, offline-first philosophy. All your workout data, custom exercises, routines, weight logs, and progress photos remain strictly on your device. We do not operate tracking servers, we do not require account creation, and we never sell or share your data with third parties.

1. Information We Collect and Store Locally

All data processed by Forge Workout Tracker is stored locally on your device storage (via local database / browser storage):

• Workout Logs & History: Exercise sets, weights, repetitions, rest timers, and completion timestamps.

• Custom Exercises & Templates: User-created exercises, custom workout templates, and routine preferences.

• Body Measurements & Weigh-Ins: Bodyweight logs, circumference measurements, and personal record (PR) milestones.

• Progress Photos: Photos uploaded or captured within the app remain saved locally within the app's local sandbox storage.

• User Preferences: Unit preferences (kg / lbs), audio/haptic settings, and theme options (dark mode).

2. How Your Data Is Used

Your locally stored data is used solely to provide core app functionality, including:

• Displaying your past workout history and volume progression over time.

• Calculating estimated 1-Rep Max (1RM) and personal records.

• Managing workout timers, rest countdowns, and workout templates.

3. Data Sharing & Third-Party Disclosure

We believe your fitness journey is personal to you:

• No Sale of Data: We do not sell, rent, monetize, or trade any user information to advertisers or data brokers.

• No Third-Party Analytics / Tracking: We do not include third-party tracking SDKs or behavioral ad networks.

• No Remote Server Backups: We do not transmit your workout data or photos to external cloud servers without your explicit action.

4. Device Permissions

Forge Workout Tracker may request standard device permissions strictly when needed for user-initiated actions:

• Storage / Media Access: Required only when you choose to attach or export a progress photo from your device gallery.

• Vibration / Haptics: Used to provide tactile feedback upon completing sets, timers, or dragging exercises.

• Network Access: Used exclusively to load standard web fonts and design icons on initial render.

5. Data Control, Export & Deletion

Because your data is stored on your device, you have complete control over it:

• You can delete individual exercises, history logs, or photos directly within the app at any time.

• You can export or clear your entire data history within the app settings.

• Uninstalling the application or clearing the application storage in Android Settings will permanently erase all locally stored data.

6. Children's Privacy

Forge Workout Tracker does not knowingly collect or solicit any personal information from children under the age of 13. The app is a general audience fitness logging utility.

7. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect improvements or regulatory requirements. Any updates will be published with a revised effective date.
