1. Introduction The VitaStat application (“App”) is developed as a personal tool for tracking health data. Your privacy is our priority. This policy explains how the App handles your data.

3. Purpose of Processing and Data Storage All entered health data is stored exclusively locally on your device. The App does not send any health or personal data to external servers or the cloud. Data is used solely for:

4. In-App Purchases and Subscriptions The App offers the option to purchase a subscription to remove ads. All payment transactions are processed through the Google Play Billing service. We do not have access to your payment data (card numbers, etc.). Google only provides us with information regarding your subscription status to enable ad-free features.

5. Third-party Advertisements The App uses the Google AdMob service to display advertisements (in the free version). The service provider may collect technical device data (e.g., advertising ID) for purposes of displaying and personalizing ads in accordance with Google's policies.

6. Device Permissions The App may require access to device storage solely for the purpose of saving the generated PDF report of your measurements.

7. Data Sharing with Third Parties We do not sell, trade, or otherwise provide your health data to third parties. Data remains under your full control within your phone's memory.

8. User Rights Since data is stored only locally, you have full control over it. Deleting data in the App or uninstalling the App will result in the permanent removal of all recorded measurements.
