UniHub acts solely as a bridge platform. It connects:

• Clients with freelancers (UniLancer)

• Buyers with sellers (UniMarket)

UniHub does not participate in transactions, communications, payments, negotiations, or agreements between users.

2. Freelancing Services (UniLancer)

UniHub allows clients to discover freelancers and view their profiles and service details.

• All communication between clients and freelancers happens outside the app, primarily via email or other contact details voluntarily shared by users.
  
  

• UniHub does not verify freelancer skills, qualifications, or service quality.
  
  

• All discussions, agreements, payments, timelines, and work delivery are the sole responsibility of the client and freelancer.
  
  

UniHub is not responsible for disputes, incomplete work, delays, or payment-related issues.

3. Marketplace (UniMarket)

UniMarket is a discovery-only platform connecting buyers and sellers.

• UniHub does not own, inspect, verify, or guarantee any listed products.
  
  

• All communication occurs outside the app through contact details shared by users.
  
  

• UniHub does not handle payments, deliveries, returns, or dispute resolution.
  
  

4. No In-App Communication or Payments

• UniHub does not provide in-app messaging or calling features.
  
  

• UniHub does not process, collect, or facilitate payments.
  
  

All communication, negotiations, and payments must be handled directly between users outside the platform.
UniHub is not liable for fraud, miscommunication, or financial losses.

5. Prohibited Activities

Users must not:

• Post false, misleading, or illegal content
  
  

• Engage in harassment, abuse, or discrimination
  
  

• Violate intellectual property rights
  
  

• Create fake or duplicate accounts
  
  

• Impersonate any person or entity
  
  

• Use the platform for unlawful purposes
  
  

6. Account Suspension & Termination

UniHub reserves the right to suspend or permanently terminate any account that violates these terms or misuses the platform.

UniHub is not obligated to provide explanations, refunds, or compensation for suspended or terminated accounts.
