Personal Information: We collect your Name, Email Address, Phone Number, and Home Address to create your account and fulfill your therapy bookings.
Location Data: We collect precise location data (GPS) to verify that your service address falls within our active service radius (Kolkata region) and to accurately calculate the dynamic traveling fee for the therapist. This data is collected only when you explicitly grant permission and request an auto-detection.
Financial Data: Payments (including advance consultation fees) are processed securely via our third-party payment gateway, Razorpay. We do not store your credit card or UPI PIN details on our servers. We only retain your purchase history and payment status for receipt generation.
3. How We Use Your Information
To assign qualified therapists to your location.
To calculate accurate travel fees based on your precise location.
To send booking confirmations, receipts, and appointment updates.
To maintain and secure your user account.
4. Data Sharing & Security We do not sell your personal data. Data is shared only with assigned therapists (for navigation and service fulfillment) and our secure payment processor (Razorpay). All data transmitted between your app and our Firebase servers is encrypted in transit using industry-standard HTTPS.
5. Data Retention, Account & Data Deletion
Data Retention: We retain your personal data (such as name, phone number, and email) only for as long as your account is active or as necessary to provide you with our therapy booking services.
Data Deletion: You have the right to delete your account and associated personal data at any time. You can request complete data deletion directly within the app settings or by contacting our support team at merahilislam@gmail.com. Upon request, your data will be permanently deleted from our active servers.
6. Medical Disclaimer Therapy By RI is a booking platform for therapy sessions. This app is not intended for use in medical emergencies. The final session fee and treatment plan are determined by the therapist during the in-person assessment.
