Welcome to the mobile applications developed by Techlap (hereinafter referred to as the "Developer"). This Privacy Policy outlines the Developer’s practices for collecting, using, storing, disclosing, and protecting your personal information (hereinafter referred to as "You"). It is legally compliant with Google Play Store’s mandatory requirements—including the obligation for all apps to have a privacy policy, regardless of data collection scope—and aligns with global data protection regulations (including GDPR, CCPA, and COPPA for apps targeting children)[superscript:2]. This Policy serves as a compliant basis for the application’s successful listing on Google Play and must be linked in both the app’s Play Store listing and within the app itself as required by Google guidelines. By using the Application, you acknowledge and fully agree to all terms and conditions set forth herein. The Developer is committed to transparency in data practices to build user trust and meet Google’s privacy obligations.
The Developer respects your privacy and strictly adheres to Google Play’s Data Safety Form requirements, collecting only the minimum amount of information necessary to provide, maintain, and improve the Application’s functionality[superscript:7]. No excessive or unnecessary data collection is conducted, and all collection purposes are clearly disclosed to ensure transparency, as mandated by global privacy laws and Google’s user data guidelines.
To ensure the Application operates properly, troubleshoot technical issues, and enhance your user experience, the Developer may collect two categories of information, in line with Google Play’s 2026 policies and data safety guidelines:
Non-Personally Identifiable Information: Collected automatically to optimize app performance and comply with Google’s security standards. This includes, but is not limited to, device model, operating system version (meeting Google’s 2026 target API level requirements), device identifiers (e.g., Android ID, Android Advertising ID), app usage duration, feature interaction records, error logs, crash reports, and network connection status[superscript:8]. This data does not identify you personally and is used solely for compatibility optimization, bug fixes, feature iteration, and user behavior analysis.
Personally Identifiable Information: Collected only when you voluntarily provide it (e.g., during account registration, feedback submission, or support requests). This may include your name, email address, and contact details. Such information is used exclusively to respond to your inquiries, deliver the services you request (e.g., account management, feedback resolution), and will not be used for any unrelated purposes.
Sensitive Information: The Developer does not collect sensitive data (such as location, contacts, photos, or biometrics) unless explicitly required by the Application’s core functionality and authorized by you through clear, affirmative consent—consistent with Google’s 2026 stricter media access and permission policies[superscript:8]. Any collection of sensitive data will be fully disclosed in the Google Play Data Safety Form.
Collected information is used strictly for the following purposes, and the intended use will not be changed without your explicit, verifiable consent—obtained through clear, affirmative user action as required by Google’s guidelines:
Ensure the Application’s normal operation, fix bugs, optimize performance and stability, and comply with Google Play’s 2026 target API level requirements (Android 15 for new apps, Android 14 for existing apps);
Implement the Application’s core functions and provide the services you request (e.g., account access, feedback replies);
Analyze user usage patterns to iterate features, improve the overall user experience, and maintain compliance with Google Play’s evolving policies;
Comply with applicable laws, regulations, and Google Play Store policies, cooperate with regulatory inspections, and fulfill the Developer’s verification obligations as required by 2026 Google Play Console rules.
The Developer prioritizes your information security and implements industry-standard security measures to protect your personal information from unauthorized access, disclosure, modification, damage, or loss—aligning with Google’s 2026 enhanced AI-based security systems for app protection. These measures include, but are not limited to, data encryption (in transit and at rest), access control, regular security audits, vulnerability scanning, and data access auditing (for Android 11 and higher).
Your personal information will be stored only for the minimum period necessary to achieve the collection purpose. After the purpose is fulfilled, the information will be promptly deleted or anonymized, unless retention is required by applicable laws, regulations, or Google Play Store requirements[superscript:4]. If the Application ceases operation, the Developer will notify you via in-app announcements or other appropriate means and delete your personal information within a reasonable period, unless otherwise required by law.
Please note that no data transmission or storage method is 100% secure. While the Developer takes all reasonable precautions to protect your data—consistent with Google’s privacy best practices— it cannot guarantee absolute security of your information. You are also responsible for taking protective measures (e.g., not disclosing account details arbitrarily) to jointly safeguard your personal information.
The Developer will not sell, rent, trade, or transfer your personal information to any third party without your explicit consent, in compliance with CCPA requirements and Google’s prohibition on unauthorized data sharing[superscript:4]. Exceptions apply only in the following circumstances:
With Your Explicit Consent: The Developer will only disclose or share your personal information with third parties if you provide explicit written or electronic consent, in line with GDPR and CCPA requirements.
Compliance with Laws and Regulations: The Developer may disclose your personal information if required by law, regulation, judicial decision, or administrative order, to fulfill legal obligations and cooperate with regulatory authorities.
Protection of Legitimate Interests: The Developer may disclose relevant information when necessary to protect the legitimate rights and interests of the Developer, users, or other third parties (e.g., preventing fraud, resolving disputes, or addressing security threats).
Third-Party Service Providers: The Developer may engage third-party service providers to provide technical support, server hosting, or analytics services (e.g., error monitoring, cloud storage). These providers are contractually obligated to protect your data, use it only for authorized tasks, and comply with this Policy and applicable laws[superscript:7]. Any third-party SDKs or libraries in the Application that collect or share user data will have their practices reflected in the Google Play Data Safety Form, as required by Google[superscript:7].
Pursuant to applicable laws, regulations (including GDPR and CCPA), and Google Play Store requirements, you have the following rights regarding your personal information, and the Developer will uphold these rights within 3–5 business days:
Right of Access: You have the right to request the Developer to provide details of the personal information collected and stored about you, including how the information is used and shared—consistent with GDPR’s transparency requirements[superscript:6].
Right of Correction: If you find your personal information is incorrect or incomplete, you have the right to request the Developer to correct or supplement it promptly.
Right of Deletion: You have the right to request the Developer to delete your personal information when the collection purpose is fulfilled, you withdraw your consent, or the Developer no longer needs to retain the information—in line with GDPR’s "right to erasure" and CCPA’s data deletion requirements, as well as Google’s 2026 rule requiring apps to allow account deletion if account creation is supported[superscript:2].
Right to Withdraw Consent: You may withdraw your consent to the collection and use of your personal information at any time. Withdrawing consent will stop future collection and use of your information, but will not affect the validity of information collected and used prior to withdrawal.
Right to Complain and Appeal: If you have objections to the Developer’s handling of your personal information, you may contact the Developer via the provided contact details to file a complaint or appeal, and the Developer will respond promptly with appropriate solutions.
The Application may contain links to third-party websites or services (e.g., third-party ads, social sharing features). These third parties have their own privacy policies, and the Developer is not responsible for their privacy practices—consistent with Google’s guidelines requiring clear disclosure of third-party practices. We recommend you carefully read the privacy policies of these third parties before using their services to understand how they collect and use your information.
The Developer may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect changes in laws, regulations, Google Play Store policies (including 2026 new rules), or Application features[superscript:8]. When updated, the Developer will notify you through prominent in-app notifications (e.g., pop-ups, announcement pages) or other appropriate means, and the updated Policy will take effect on the effective date stated in the notification. This ensures compliance with Google’s requirement to inform users of policy changes and maintain transparency.
We recommend you review this Policy regularly to stay informed about how your personal information is protected. Your continued use of the Application after the update constitutes your acceptance of the revised terms.
If you have any questions, suggestions, or complaints regarding this Privacy Policy or the collection, use, or protection of your personal information, please contact the Developer at:
Email: techlap30@gmail.com
The Developer will respond to your inquiry within 3–5 business days and provide appropriate solutions, ensuring compliance with user inquiry handling requirements under global privacy laws and Google’s developer obligations.
This Privacy Policy constitutes the entire agreement between you and the Developer regarding the collection, use, storage, and protection of your personal information. If any clause of this Policy is deemed invalid or unenforceable under applicable laws, the validity of the remaining clauses will not be affected. Non-compliance with this Policy may result in app rejection, suspension, or developer account termination by Google Play, as well as legal repercussions[superscript:8].
