Taskmora ("we", "our", "us", or the "App") is a productivity application developed by Maya Studio. Taskmora helps users manage tasks, notes, reminders, alarms, schedules, and related productivity information.
We respect your privacy and are committed to being transparent about how information is handled.
Taskmora is designed as an offline-first application.
Depending on the features you use, information stored locally on your device may include:
Tasks
Task descriptions and notes
Reminder dates and times
Alarm and scheduling information
Task completion status
Calendar-related task information
Reminder sound preferences
Application settings and preferences
This information is stored locally on your Android device using local storage technologies.
Taskmora does not require you to create an account, register, or provide your name, phone number, contacts, photographs, or other personal information to use the core features of the App.
Taskmora does not provide a user account system for its core productivity features.
Taskmora does not operate a backend server or cloud database for storing your tasks, notes, reminders, or other productivity content.
We do not intentionally upload your locally stored productivity information to our own servers.
Your tasks, notes, reminders, schedules, and related settings are primarily processed and stored locally on your Android device.
Reminder functionality may use Android system services to schedule and deliver notifications and alerts.
The App may use Android-supported mechanisms for:
Scheduled reminders
Exact-time reminders
Notifications
Vibration
Reminder sounds
Full-screen reminder alerts
Device wake/display behavior
Background reminder processing
These functions are used to provide the reminder features requested by the user.
Taskmora allows users to select supported reminder sounds, including supported system sounds.
Selected reminder sound preferences are used for the reminder functionality.
Taskmora does not intentionally upload your selected reminder sound to its own servers.
Taskmora provides a PDF export feature.
When you export tasks:
The PDF is generated for your task information.
You choose where to save the PDF using Android's system file-saving interface.
Taskmora does not automatically upload the exported PDF to our own server.
Once a PDF is saved or shared, its handling is controlled by you and by the application or service you choose to use.
Taskmora provides a Send Feedback feature.
When you select Send Feedback, the App opens an email application on your device and prepares a message addressed to:

Taskmora does not automatically send the email on your behalf.
Any information you voluntarily include in the email is handled through your selected email provider.
Taskmora uses Google AdMob to display advertisements.
The Google Mobile Ads SDK may automatically collect and share certain information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, and related SDK functions. Depending on the SDK version, configuration, device, region, and applicable user choices, this can include:
IP address
User product interactions
Diagnostic information
Device and account identifiers
Advertising-related information
Google states that data collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is encrypted in transit.
Taskmora does not use your locally stored task or note content as its own advertising database.

Taskmora does not use Firebase Authentication, Firebase Firestore, Google Sign-In, or a Firebase backend for its core functionality.
Taskmora also does not intentionally use Firebase Analytics as an application analytics service.
The advertising SDK used by the App, including Google Mobile Ads, may independently process data for advertising, diagnostics, analytics, and fraud-prevention purposes as described by Google.
Taskmora may use Android permissions and system capabilities required for its features.
Used to display reminders and other notification alerts.
Used to schedule user-requested reminders at precise times where supported by Android.
Used to provide vibration alerts during reminders when enabled.
Used primarily for third-party services such as advertising.
Certain reminder features may use Android-supported mechanisms to make scheduled alerts noticeable.
Taskmora may use Android's full-screen notification mechanism for its reminder functionality so that an important scheduled reminder can be presented prominently, including when the device is locked or another application is being used, subject to Android and device restrictions.
Google Play currently requires developers using USE_FULL_SCREEN_INTENT to complete the appropriate Play Console declaration for Android 14+ apps.
Taskmora does not sell or rent your locally stored tasks, notes, reminders, or other productivity content.
Third-party services integrated into the App, such as Google AdMob, may independently collect and process technical, advertising, diagnostic, and interaction-related information according to their own policies and applicable settings.
Because Taskmora stores its core productivity information locally, users can generally remove their local information by:
deleting tasks or notes within the App;
using Android's Clear App Data option; or
uninstalling Taskmora.
Clearing app data or uninstalling the App may permanently delete locally stored tasks, notes, reminders, and settings.
Information separately processed by third-party services such as advertising providers may be retained according to their respective policies and retention practices.
Taskmora is not specifically directed toward children under the age of 13 and is not designed to knowingly request personal information from children under 13.
Taskmora does not require users to provide a name, phone number, contacts, or similar personal information to use its core productivity features.
Third-party advertising services may have their own requirements and policies regarding children and advertising.
Taskmora is designed to keep core productivity information within the application's local storage environment on the user's Android device.
We take reasonable measures appropriate to the nature of the App. However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users are responsible for maintaining appropriate security on their device, including a secure device lock and updated software where possible.
The principal third-party service currently integrated into Taskmora is:
Google AdMob — for displaying advertisements.
Google may process information according to its own privacy policies and applicable user choices.
We may update this Privacy Policy when Taskmora's features, services, or data practices change.
When changes are made, the Effective Date at the top of this page will be updated.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
