1. What Swift Horizon Does
Swift Horizon is built to provide an encrypted network connection.
The application relies on Android’s VpnService functionality to create a virtual network interface on your device. After you choose to activate the service, supported internet traffic is sent through an encrypted tunnel to a remote service endpoint.
This processing is required for the requested network connection to operate.
You can stop the connection from Swift Horizon or through the relevant Android system controls.
We do not operate VpnService for the purpose of modifying other applications’ traffic to generate advertising revenue.
2. How Traffic Is Handled
Network packets must pass through the Swift Horizon service while an active encrypted connection is being provided.
This technical handling does not mean that Swift Horizon needs to build a record of what you do online.
Our service is designed so that the contents of transmitted traffic are not intentionally retained as a browsing profile.
In particular, we do not intend to create permanent records containing:
Pages you have viewed;
A chronological history of websites you visit;
Text contained in your private communications;
Passwords submitted to independent websites or apps;
Login credentials used with unrelated third-party services; or
DNS activity for the purpose of creating an advertising or behavioral profile.
Traffic content is not used by Swift Horizon to personalize targeted advertisements.
3. Technical Information Related to a Connection
Certain technical information can be generated or processed when the service is used.
Depending on the way the application and server infrastructure operate, this may include:
The IP address used when initiating a connection;
The remote endpoint or region selected by the user;
Whether a connection succeeds or fails;
Start and end times of a connection;
Approximate session duration;
Network connection type;
Protocol or tunnel status;
Approximate traffic volume;
Error information; and
Indicators associated with attacks, misuse, or abnormal service activity.
An originating IP address may need to be visible temporarily to network infrastructure in order to establish and operate a connection.
We do not use this information to build an advertising profile about you.
4. App and Device Diagnostics
Swift Horizon may also handle basic technical information needed to keep the application functioning correctly.
Examples may include:
Android version;
Device model;
App version;
Language configuration;
General regional configuration;
Technical identifiers used by the app where applicable;
Crash events;
Performance measurements; and
Error or diagnostic information.
Such information may be used to identify compatibility problems, investigate failed connections, maintain security, detect misuse, and improve application reliability.
5. Information You Send to Us
You are not required to send us personal information merely to ask a general question.

Providing the basic Swift Horizon encrypted connection does not require the service to access the contents of your:

Precise GPS location.
Android VPN authorization is required to create the protected connection.
If Swift Horizon later introduces a feature that needs additional personal or sensitive data, the relevant privacy information will be updated and any disclosure, consent, or permission required for that feature will be presented before the information is accessed.
7. Why Limited Information May Be Used
Where applicable, limited information described in this Policy may be used to:
Deliver the connection requested by the user;
Route encrypted traffic to the chosen endpoint;
Show whether protection is active;
Make connection locations available;
Diagnose connection problems;
Investigate crashes;
Maintain infrastructure security;

We do not use the contents of encrypted traffic to profile your interests for targeted advertising.

Such providers may handle limited information when it is necessary for the service they perform.

If future versions include optional paid products or subscriptions, the marketplace or payment provider may process payment information under its own terms. Swift Horizon does not need to receive a complete payment card number when payment is handled independently by such a provider.
9. We Do Not Sell VPN Traffic
Swift Horizon does not sell the content of traffic transmitted through its encrypted connection.
We also do not sell browsing content obtained through the VPN service for advertising profiling.
Information may nevertheless be disclosed when we reasonably believe disclosure is required to respond to a valid legal process, comply with applicable law, investigate serious misuse, protect service infrastructure, prevent fraud, or address a security threat.
10. How Long Information Is Kept
We aim to avoid keeping identifiable information longer than it is reasonably needed.
The contents of internet traffic passing through the encrypted connection are not intended to be stored as a permanent browsing record after transmission is completed.
Technical records, when generated, should be kept only for periods reasonably necessary for functions such as operating the service, investigating failures, preventing abuse, maintaining security, or meeting applicable legal requirements.
Messages that you voluntarily send to support may be retained while they are needed to resolve your request and maintain necessary support or compliance records.
Information that has been aggregated or anonymized so that it no longer reasonably identifies an individual may be used for security, reliability, and service-improvement purposes.

Swift Horizon’s core network-protection function is designed so that an account is not necessary unless the version distributed to you specifically introduces an account feature.
If user-account functionality is introduced, the privacy information and applicable deletion process will be updated to reflect how account data is handled.

However, no mobile application, network, server, or electronic transmission method can provide a guarantee of absolute security.
15. Processing Across Countries
The endpoint selected for a connection or an infrastructure provider used to operate Swift Horizon may be located outside your country.
Accordingly, limited technical information may be processed in other jurisdictions.
Where applicable data-protection law requires additional safeguards for international processing, we will apply appropriate measures relevant to the processing involved.
16. Children
Swift Horizon is intended for a general audience and is not directed specifically at children under 13 or at persons below the minimum digital-consent age applicable in their location.
We do not knowingly seek personal information from children in circumstances where valid authorization is legally required and has not been obtained.
