AndroboxGo ("we," "our," or "us") operates the Sowan (Sistem Olah Warga & Antar-Keuangan) mobile application (the "App"). This page informs you of our policies regarding the collection, use, and disclosure of personal data when you use our App and the choices you have associated with that data.

• Personal Data: While using our App, we may ask you to provide certain personally identifiable information that can be used to contact or identify you, including but not limited to:

  • Full Name

  • Home Address / Resident Block Info

  • Phone Number / WhatsApp Number

  • Resident Status (e.g., Permanent Resident, Renter)

• Financial Record Data: Our App contains a feature called "Antar-Keuangan". We explicitly state that this feature is strictly for manual bookkeeping, recording local dues (iuran warga), and community cash flow tracking. We do not collect bank account numbers, credit card details, or processing electronic money transactions. All financial data entered is strictly for localized community transparency.

2. Use of Data

Sowan uses the collected data for various internal community purposes:

• To maintain and manage resident administrative records.

• To provide financial transparency regarding community dues and cash flow.

• To allow community administrators (RT/RW heads) to notify residents regarding local updates.

• To provide customer care and support.

• To monitor the usage and technical performance of the App.

3. Data Retention and Safety

We value your trust in providing us your Personal Information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it.

• No Third-Party Sharing: We do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer your Personal Data to outside parties.

• Data Access: The data is only accessible to authorized local community administrators (such as RT/RW officials) and the registered residents of that specific community.

4. Children's Privacy

Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
