Privacy Policy for SnapPieces: Photo Logic Puzzle

This Privacy Policy explains how SnapPieces: Photo Logic Puzzle ("the Game") handles information when you use the Game.

1. Information We Handle

The current version of the Game is designed to work primarily on your device.

Your game settings, progress, and completed puzzle records may be stored locally on your device.

If you choose to use your own photo in the Game, that photo may be processed and stored locally on your device so the Game can create and save your puzzle.

The current version of the Game does not require account creation and does not intentionally collect personal information such as your name, email address, phone number, or precise location through the Game itself.

2. How We Use Information

Any information handled by the current version of the Game is used only to operate the Game's features, such as:

saving your settings and puzzle progress;

loading and restoring your gameplay state;

creating puzzles from photos you choose; and

improving stability, security, and user experience in future versions.

3. Data Sharing

In the current version, we do not sell your personal information, and we do not intentionally share your uploaded photos, local puzzle progress, or local settings with us or with third parties through the Game.

4. Advertising and Future Third-Party Services

The current version of the Game does not include third-party advertising SDKs or in-app ads.

We may add ads in a future version. If that happens, third-party advertising partners may collect or process certain device and usage data, such as advertising identifiers, IP address, approximate location, app interactions, and diagnostics, as permitted by their SDKs, your device settings, and applicable law. This may be used for purposes such as ad delivery, fraud prevention, performance measurement, frequency capping, and, where allowed, ad personalization.

Before ads are enabled in a published version of the Game, we will update this Privacy Policy and the Google Play Data safety information to reflect the actual data practices of that version.

5. Data Storage and Retention

Locally stored gameplay data and user-selected photos remain on your device until you delete them, clear the Game's app data, or uninstall the Game, unless a future version clearly states otherwise.

6. Security

We take reasonable steps to design the Game in a way that limits unnecessary data access. However, no method of storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

7. Your Choices

You can stop using optional photo-based features at any time.

You can remove locally stored data by clearing the Game's app data through your device settings or by uninstalling the Game.

8. Children's Privacy

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through the current version of the Game. If you believe the Game has provided a way for a child to submit personal information to us, please contact us and we will review the issue.

9. External Links and Third-Party Sites

If a future version of the Game includes links to external websites or services, those third-party sites and services will have their own privacy practices. We are not responsible for the privacy practices of third-party services that are not operated by us.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. When we do, we will post the updated version and revise the effective date above.
