Privacy Policy for Slice & Serve
Last updated: April 2026
This Privacy Policy describes how information is handled when you use the Slice & Serve mobile application (the “App”).
1. Summary
The App stores most game data on your device (for example progress, coins, energy, and settings such as sound and haptics).
On Android, if you choose to use Google Play Games features (such as sign-in, leaderboards, or cloud sync of certain game data), Google processes information as described in their policies and as needed to provide those services.
The App does not include our own account system and does not sell your personal information.
2. Information stored locally on your device
The App may store non-sensitive game data on your device using standard on-device storage (for example campaign progress, economy data, and preferences). This data generally stays on the device unless you use features that sync through Google Play Games (see below).
3. Google Play Games (Android)
If you use Google Play Games in the App, Google may process information needed to provide Play Games services, such as:
Authentication and your Play Games player profile associated with your Google account
Leaderboard scores you submit
Cloud save / sync of certain game data you allow to be stored with your Play Games account
How Google handles this information is described in Google’s Privacy Policy and relevant Google Play / Play Games terms. We do not control Google’s systems; we use these features only to provide the described functionality.
If you do not use Play Games features, that Google-related processing tied to those features does not apply in the same way (local play still uses on-device storage as above).
4. Information we do not collect ourselves
We do not operate our own backend for routine gameplay to collect a contact list, precise location, or similar categories of data for our own marketing database. We do not use the App to intentionally collect sensitive categories of information from you for our own separate purposes.
5. Log data and analytics
We do not run our own servers that receive “log data” from the App for analytics in the way a typical first-party online service would.
Note: When you use internet-connected services (including Google Play Games or, in the future, advertising as described below), the relevant provider may process technical and security-related data according to their own policies.
6. Advertising (Google AdMob — not included yet)
The App does not currently show third-party ads through Google AdMob (or similar SDKs).
If we add AdMob or other advertising in a future version, we will update this Privacy Policy before or when that goes live, and describe what data ad partners may process (for example device/ad identifiers and ad delivery). Please check this page again after updates.
7. Children’s privacy
The App is not directed at children under 13 (or the minimum age required in your region). We do not knowingly collect personal information from children for our own marketing. If you believe we should remove Play Games–related data, contact us (below) and use Google’s account/parental tools as appropriate.
8. International users
If you use the App outside your home country, information processed by Google (and future ad partners, if added) may be processed in countries where they operate, as described in their policies.
9. Changes to this Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. The “Last updated” date at the top will change when we do. Material changes may also be reflected in store release notes when practical. Continued use of the App after changes means you accept the updated policy, unless applicable law requires a different process.
