We build RemindMe to be a fast and efficient tool. To provide our core features—specifically the Floating Widget and Text Parsing technology—the app may require certain permissions. However, we prioritize your privacy and do not collect your personal data on external servers.

Text and Parsing Data: When you use our text parsing feature to quickly create reminders, the text processing happens locally on your device. We do not upload, read, or store your parsed text or reminder content on any remote servers.
System Overlay (Floating Widget): The app requires the "Draw over other apps" (System Alert Window) permission to display the floating widget. This is used solely to provide quick access to the reminder system and does not monitor or collect data from other applications.
Local Storage: Your reminders and app settings are stored locally on your device's secure storage.
2. Permissions Required
To function properly, RemindMe may request the following permissions:
SYSTEM_ALERT_WINDOW (Appear on top): Necessary to display the floating widget for quick activity reminders.
POST_NOTIFICATIONS: Necessary to send you notifications and alerts for your scheduled reminders.
RECEIVE_BOOT_COMPLETED: Optional, used to reschedule your reminders automatically after your device reboots.
3. Data Transfer and Third-Party Services
No Third-Party Tracking: We do not use third-party analytics, ad networks, or data brokers that track your activity or collect your personal information.
No Cloud Storage: Since all data is stored locally, we do not transfer your data to any third-party cloud services.
4. Children's Privacy
Our Service does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal data, please contact us so that we can take necessary actions.
