Last updated: August 14, 2026
1. Introduction
QuickCalc & Unit Master ("the App") is an Android utility application that provides unit conversion, age and date calculation, tip and bill splitting, and number base conversion. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App handles, how it is processed, and how you can contact us. By installing or using the App, you acknowledge this policy.
2. Who we are
The App is published for Google Play under the developer organization associated with the support contact below. For privacy questions about this App, use the contact email in section 12. Developer account legal name, address, and organization details shown on Google Play must match the publisher's verified Play Console and Dun & Bradstreet records where applicable.
3. Scope
This policy applies only to the QuickCalc & Unit Master Android application distributed on Google Play. It does not cover other websites, services, or apps.
4. No personal data collection
The App does not collect personal information. The App does not create user accounts. The App does not require login or registration. The App does not sell, rent, or share personal information with third parties because it does not collect personal information.
5. Offline and on device processing
All calculations run locally on your device. The App does not require an internet connection to function. The App does not declare or use the Android INTERNET permission. Values you enter (numbers, dates, tip amounts, and similar inputs) are processed in device memory only to display results on screen.
6. Data that is not collected
The App does not collect or transmit:
1. Name, email, phone number, or postal address
2. Precise or approximate location
3. Photos, videos, audio, or files from your device
4. Contacts, calendar, or call logs
5. Device identifiers used for advertising or analytics
6. Payment card or financial account numbers
7. Health, fitness, or sensitive personal categories
7. Local storage
The App does not require cloud sync and does not upload your calculator inputs to any server. If a future version stores preferences on the device (for example using Android SharedPreferences), that data remains on your device only and is deleted when you clear app data or uninstall the App.
8. Clipboard
If you tap a Copy button, the selected result is placed on the Android system clipboard. Clipboard contents stay on your device and are managed by your device settings and other apps you choose to paste into. The App does not send clipboard data to any server.
9. Permissions
The App does not request permissions for internet, location, camera, microphone, contacts, SMS, phone, or storage access beyond what Android needs to install and run a standard app. If Android system settings show any permission for this App, it is only what is required for basic installation and display.
10. Third parties, ads, and analytics
The App does not include advertising SDKs. The App does not include analytics SDKs. The App does not include crash reporting SDKs that send data off the device. The App does not share data with third party advertisers or data brokers.
11. Children
The App is a general purpose utility. The App does not knowingly collect personal information from children. Because the App does not collect personal information, it does not use children's data for advertising or profiling.
12. Google Play Data safety alignment
For Google Play Console Data safety declarations for this App, the expected answers are:
1. Data is not collected
2. Data is not shared with third parties
3. Data is not processed for advertising or fraud prevention systems operated by us because we do not collect data
4. Security practices: data is not transmitted because the App is offline
Always keep the Play Console Data safety form consistent with this Privacy Policy.
13. Security
Because processing is local and offline, there is no remote database of user calculator inputs to protect. You remain responsible for securing your own device and any values you copy to the clipboard.
14. Changes to this policy
If this Privacy Policy changes, the updated version will be published with the App materials and the public privacy policy URL used in Google Play Console. The "Last updated" date at the top will change. Continued use of the App after an update means you accept the revised policy.
