Updated: October 6, 2026. This policy describes the updated Android version of PolygonDash, developed by Quetzalfir2.
PolygonDash reads the music files you select to create gameplay synchronized with the music. Audio files and cover images are processed on your device and are not uploaded by PolygonDash. Android audio-file permission is used for this feature. You can manage it in your device settings.
You can play using a local profile. When you sign in with Google Play Games, PolygonDash uses Google Firebase Authentication and Firestore to save and synchronize your progress. This includes your player name and account identifiers; points, shields, map unlocks, records, achievements and playlists; song metadata such as title, artist, album and duration; and technical identifiers and file references used to associate and synchronize that progress. It does not include the audio recordings themselves.
Google Play Games manages your gaming profile and profile image. Scores and achievements reported to Play Games are handled by that service and its privacy settings. Google Play handles store purchases and any payment details.
We use this information to operate the game, restore and synchronize progress, process in-game actions and prevent duplicate transactions. We do not sell it or use it for targeted advertising. This release disables automatic Firebase and Unity analytics and automatic Crashlytics crash-report collection. Google Play Games still collects its own service analytics and diagnostics for stability and product improvements. Google services may process technical information, such as network addresses and app or device information, to provide authentication, security and their services. Online connections use encrypted transport.
To request deletion, email quetzalfir2@gmail.com with the subject “PolygonDash account deletion”. Include your PolygonDash cloud account ID, available under “Delete cloud account” in the game. If you no longer have the app or do not know the ID, contact the same address for help identifying your account. Never send your password.
We verify the request before deleting the associated Firebase account and cloud progress. Cloud progress is retained while the account remains active or until deletion is requested. Deletion is permanent and requests are handled within a reasonable period. This does not delete music files on your phone, local saved progress, your Google account, or purchase records controlled by Google Play. Google Play Games records are also subject to Google's account and privacy controls; contact us if you need help with associated game records.
Playing locally does not require a cloud account. Parents or guardians can contact us about a child's data or request its removal at quetzalfir2@gmail.com. Use the same address for privacy questions. Updates to this policy will be published on this page.
