The Application does NOT collect, transmit, store, or sell any personally identifiable information (such as your name, email address, phone number, physical location, or device identifiers).
- When you open or select an image within PhotoCalque, the image is loaded strictly into your device's local memory (RAM).
- All image quantization, grid rendering, dominant color clustering, and enhancements are processed entirely on-device by our native Rust engine.
- No image or pixel data is ever uploaded to any remote server, cloud service, or third party.
- When you choose to save an image, it is written directly to your device's local storage or system gallery.
PhotoCalque does not contain any third-party analytics SDKs, advertising frameworks, or user behavior tracking tools (e.g., Google Firebase Analytics, Facebook SDK, or AdMob).

PhotoCalque requires no sensitive device permissions:
- No Media or Storage Permissions: The Application does not declare or request `READ_MEDIA_IMAGES` or `READ_EXTERNAL_STORAGE`.
- Android System Photo Picker: When you choose to open a photo, you interact directly with Android's secure, built-in system Photo Picker (Storage Access Framework). The operating system grants temporary read access strictly to the single photo you explicitly select.
- Saving to Gallery: Processed designs and patterns are saved to your gallery using Android's standard `MediaStore` API, which operates without requiring access to any of your other files or media.
