Personal Information: Name, Email, and Profile Photo collected via Google Sign-In or Firebase Authentication.
Business Data: Client details, event schedules, billing amounts, and photography-specific rates (Camera Days, Reels, Pendrive) entered by the user.
Media: The app generates PDF invoices locally on your device storage.
3. Data Storage & Security
Local Storage: All data is stored in a local SQLite database on your device for offline access.
Cloud Backup: Data is automatically synced with Google Firebase when an internet connection is available to ensure recovery.
4. Data Retention & Deletion
User-Initiated Deletion: Any record deleted by the user is kept in a 'Trash' state for 30 days before permanent removal.
Automatic Archive: To ensure app performance, data older than 2 years (730 days) from the event date is automatically purged from cloud backups.
Account Deletion: Users can permanently delete their account and all associated data from the "Settings" menu.
