Welcome to Nexus Radar, developed and maintained by fastrsoft. Your privacy and data security are our highest priorities. This Privacy Policy explains how the Nexus Radar Chrome Extension collects, uses, and protects your information across our free daily tier, paid subscriptions, and commercial licensing model.
To comply with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies and international data protection laws, this document outlines our transparent data practices.
1. Core Philosophy: Local-First & Zero-Knowledge Nexus Radar is built on a strict "Zero-Knowledge" architecture. We do not operate central database servers to harvest user profiles, we do not require user account registration to use the extension, and we do not track your browsing activity across the web. All core peer-to-peer (P2P) connection analysis happens directly inside your own browser's local sandbox.
2. What Data We Process To provide real-time connection intelligence during P2P video chats, the extension processes the following technical metadata:
Peer IP Addresses: The extension extracts the IP address of the peer you connect with via standard WebRTC and WebSocket signaling.
Geographic Metadata: The extension queries public geolocation APIs (such as ipwho.is, ipapi.co, get.geojs.io, and ip-api.com) using the peer's IP address to retrieve geographic context (City, Country, Region, ISP).
Device & Browser Signals: The extension analyzes Session Description Protocol (SDP) fingerprints to estimate the peer's device category (e.g., Mobile vs. Desktop).
We DO NOT collect or access:
Your personally identifiable information (Name, Physical Address, SSN, etc.).
Your personal IP address or browsing history outside of supported video chat platforms.
Audio, video, or text chat content streams.
3. How We Use the Data The data processed by Nexus Radar is used for one single purpose:
To display real-time connection intelligence, geolocation, and VPN detection on your screen during active P2P video chat sessions.
We use this data solely to populate the floating UI panel and popup dashboard within the extension so you can safely identify the network origin and potential risk signals of the person you are communicating with.
4. Paid Subscriptions, Licensing & Lemon Squeezy (Merchant of Record) Nexus Radar operates under a freemium model with paid tier upgrades (Monthly, 6-Month, 1-Year, and Lifetime licenses).
A. Merchant of Record (Lemon Squeezy)
All payment processing, orders, subscriptions, invoicing, tax calculation (VAT/GST/Sales Tax), and financial transactions are handled exclusively by Lemon Squeezy (https://www.lemonsqueezy.com), our authorized Merchant of Record (MoR).
When you click "Buy" or "Upgrade", you are securely redirected to our official Lemon Squeezy hosted store and checkout domain (https://fastrsoft.lemonsqueezy.com/).
No Financial Data Handling: The Nexus Radar Chrome Extension and fastrsoft never see, collect, process, or store your credit card details, CVC codes, bank account numbers, or billing addresses.
B. License Key Verification
Upon purchasing a paid plan, you receive a License Key to unlock premium features within the extension.
The extension securely verifies your License Key with Lemon Squeezy to confirm your plan status without collecting or storing any personal identity or payment information.
C. Tier Access & Daily Lookup Quotas
Free Tier: Includes 20 IP lookups per day and a 100-entry local history log.
Premium / Ultimate Tier: Unlocks unlimited daily lookups, unlimited history logs, CSV export/import capabilities, and advanced ISP/VPN risk analysis.
5. Data Storage & Management
Local Storage Only: Encounter logs (Peer IP, Location, Timestamp) are saved locally on your device using Chrome's secure local storage. The extension utilizes the unlimitedStorage permission solely to prevent your local historical logs from being cleared by default browser storage caps.
No Cloud Databases: Your encounter logs and personal license status are never uploaded to any remote cloud database or tracking server operated by fastrsoft.
User Deletion & Control: You have full control to clear your local history (24 hours, 7 days, 30 days, or ALL data) at any time via the extension's Settings tab. Uninstalling the extension permanently wipes all locally stored data from your browser.
6. Chrome Web Store Policy & Limited Use Disclosures To remain 100% transparent and fully compliant with the Google Chrome Web Store Developer Program Policies (including the User Data FAQ and Limited Use requirements):
❌ We do NOT sell user data to third parties.
❌ We do NOT transfer user data to data brokers, surveillance entities, or advertising networks.
❌ We do NOT use or transfer user data for creditworthiness or lending purposes.
❌ We do NOT use remote code execution. All extension logic is self-contained within the official package distributed via the Chrome Web Store.
7. Subscriptions, Cancellations, Refunds & Support You have complete control over your paid subscription and can cancel or manage your plan at any time:
Self-Service Cancellation: You can manage or cancel your subscription anytime directly via the customer portal link provided in your Lemon Squeezy order confirmation email.
Cancel via Email Support: If you prefer direct assistance to cancel your subscription, update billing details, or request a refund according to our terms, you can contact us directly at console.fastrsoft@gmail.com with your order number or license key, and we will process the cancellation for you promptly.
