EchoVibe (“we,” “us,” or “our”) respects your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how EchoVibe handles information when you use the EchoVibe mobile application (the “App”).

1. Information We Collect

EchoVibe is designed to minimize the amount of personal data it handles directly. However, depending on how you use the App, certain information may be processed by us or by our service providers and partners.

User-generated content, such as text prompts and related generated music output

Purchase and subscription status information, such as whether a subscription or in-app purchase is active, expired, canceled, refunded, or restored

EchoVibe does not require account registration or login. EchoVibe does not directly collect or store your full payment card or banking information.

2. How We Use Information

We use information processed through the App to:

provide the App’s core music generation functionality

generate and return requested content

enable subscriptions and in-app purchases

verify purchase, subscription, and restore status

display and measure in-app advertising

maintain app security, performance, and stability

detect abuse, fraud, or misuse

comply with legal obligations

3. User Input and Generated Content

EchoVibe allows users to enter creative prompts for music generation.

These prompts and related generated outputs are processed for the purpose of providing the App’s core functionality. We do not use this content to personally identify users, and we do not sell user-generated content.

4. Advertising

EchoVibe may display third-party advertising in the App.

Advertising partners or ad networks may process certain data, which can include device identifiers, advertising identifiers, IP-based approximate location, app interaction data, and diagnostic information, for purposes such as:

serving ads

limiting repeated ads

measuring ad performance

preventing fraud and abuse

supporting monetization and service operations

Where required by applicable law or platform rules, advertising choices and consent options may be provided through the App, the device operating system, or other platform-level settings.

5. Subscriptions and Payments

EchoVibe may offer paid subscriptions or other in-app purchases.

All payments are processed by the applicable platform provider, such as Google Play or Apple App Store, and are subject to that platform’s own terms, billing terms, and privacy policy. EchoVibe does not directly collect or store your full payment card details.

We may receive limited transaction-related information from the platform, such as:

purchase status

subscription status

expiration status

cancellation status

refund or restoration status

We use this information only to provide access to paid features and to support purchase restoration and subscription management within the App.

6. Third-Party Services

EchoVibe may use third-party service providers, infrastructure providers, advertising partners, analytics or diagnostic tools, and payment/platform services strictly to operate, secure, improve, and monetize the App.

These third parties may process data on our behalf or for their own limited operational purposes, depending on the service provided. For example, third-party services may support:

music generation or content processing

cloud hosting or content delivery

subscription verification

crash reporting and diagnostics

ad serving and ad measurement

If third-party services are referenced or supported in certain features, those services are governed by their own terms and privacy policies.

7. Data Sharing

We do not sell personal information.

We may share or make data available to third parties only as reasonably necessary to operate the App, including with:

content processing or generation providers

payment and app store platform providers

Because EchoVibe does not require user accounts, the data we retain is generally limited.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy, including to provide the App, verify subscriptions and purchases, maintain security, resolve disputes, comply with legal obligations, and enforce our terms.

Retention periods may vary depending on the type of data, the service provider involved, and applicable legal requirements.

9. Your Rights and Choices

Depending on your jurisdiction, you may have rights regarding your personal information, such as the right to request access, correction, deletion, or restriction of certain processing.

Because EchoVibe does not maintain user accounts and may not directly hold identifiable account-based data, our ability to respond to some requests may be limited.

For payments, subscriptions, billing records, and certain device- or platform-based privacy controls, you may also need to use the controls provided by the relevant platform provider, app store, device operating system, or advertising provider.

10. Children’s Privacy

EchoVibe is not directed to children under the age of 13.

We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child under 13 has provided personal information through the App, please contact us and we will review the matter.

11. Data Security

We take reasonable technical and organizational measures designed to protect the App and the information processed through it against unauthorized access, loss, misuse, or alteration.

However, no method of transmission or storage is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

12. Changes to This Privacy Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. If we make changes, we will post the updated version and revise the “Last Updated” date above.
