Arkis Studio ("we," "us," or "our") built the Mino app as an Ad-Supported app. This SERVICE is provided by Arkis Studio at no cost and is intended for use as is.
This page is used to inform visitors regarding our policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use our Service.
If you choose to use our Service, then you agree to the collection and use of information in relation to this policy.
Local Storage: Mino is designed with privacy in mind. We do not require you to create an account, and we do not maintain servers that store your personal data. All user-generated content, including daily plans, saved replies, notes, application settings, and AI credits, is saved locally on your device. We do not collect, transmit, or store this data on external servers.
AI Processing (Google Gemini API): Mino utilizes Google's Gemini API to power its artificial intelligence features (such as Text Writer, Decision Helper, Idea Generator, etc.). When you interact with the AI assistant, the text prompts you enter are securely sent to Google's API to generate a response. Please note that Google has its own privacy policies regarding API data processing.
Advertising (Google AdMob): Our application uses Google AdMob to display rewarded video ads. AdMob may collect and use advertising identifiers (such as the Android Advertising ID) and other device-level information to serve personalized or non-personalized ads, track ad performance, and prevent fraud. We want to inform you that whenever you use our Service, in a case of an error in the app we may collect data and information (through third-party products) on your phone called Log Data. This Log Data may include information such as your device Internet Protocol ("IP") address, device name, operating system version, the configuration of the app when utilizing our Service, the time and date of your use of the Service, and other statistics.

We value your trust in providing us your information, thus we are striving to use commercially acceptable means of protecting it. But remember that no method of transmission over the internet, or method of electronic storage is 100% secure and reliable, and we cannot guarantee its absolute security.
These Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. In the case we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we immediately delete this from our servers (Note: we do not store data on our servers). If you are a parent or guardian and you are aware that your child has provided us with personal information, please contact us so that we will be able to do necessary actions.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.

By downloading or using the Mino app, these terms will automatically apply to you – you should make sure therefore that you read them carefully before using the app. You’re not allowed to copy or modify the app, any part of the app, or our trademarks in any way.
Mino provides AI-powered productivity tools, including but not limited to chat assistance, text correction, idea generation, and daily planning. The application relies on an internet connection to connect to AI services (Google Gemini API). Arkis Studio cannot take responsibility for the app not working at full functionality if you do not have access to the internet.
Mino uses a virtual credit system ("AI Credits") to allow access to AI features.
You may receive free daily credits.
You can earn additional credits by watching rewarded video ads provided by Google AdMob. These credits have no real-world monetary value, cannot be exchanged for cash, and are stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the app or clear the app's data, your accumulated credits and saved data will be lost. Arkis Studio is not responsible for any lost credits or local data.
Any text you input into Mino is processed by external AI providers (Google) to generate responses. Do not input highly sensitive, confidential, or personally identifiable information into the AI tools. You are solely responsible for the content you create and how you use the AI-generated responses.
Arkis Studio provides the app "as is" and without warranty of any kind. We do not guarantee that the AI-generated content will always be perfectly accurate, reliable, or suitable for your specific needs. You agree to use the information provided by the app at your own risk.
The app is currently available on Android. The requirements for the system may change, and you’ll need to download the updates if you want to keep using the app. Arkis Studio does not promise that it will always update the app so that it is relevant to you and/or works with the Android version that you have installed on your device.
