Privacy Policy for Mantic Partah 

This Privacy Policy describes how Mantic Partah ("the App," "we," "us," or "our") collects, uses, and protects information when you use our mobile application. 

1. Who We Are ?

2. Information We Collect 

a) Account Information

When you create an account or sign in, we collect:

• Email address

• Name (first and last, if provided via your sign-in method)

• A unique user identifier generated by our authentication provider

This information is collected through the following sign-in methods:

• Email and password (via Firebase Authentication)

• Google Sign-In

• Sign in with Apple

b) Business Data You Enter

The App allows you to record and calculate milling-related business data, including purchase prices, production quantities, sale rates, product configurations, and cost entries. This data is stored under your account and is associated with your user ID.

c) Profile Information (Optional)

If you choose to add or update a profile photo, it is stored and associated with your account.

d) Automatically Collected Information

We may automatically collect limited technical information necessary for the App to function, such as app version, device platform (iOS/Android), and general usage events related to core features (e.g., which screens are used), for the purpose of improving reliability and support. We do not use this information for advertising or cross-app tracking.

3. How We Use Your Information

We use the information we collect solely to:

• Create and manage your account

• Authenticate you when you sign in

• Store and retrieve your business records (purchase, sale, cost, and report data) across your devices

• Provide customer support

• Communicate service-related updates or, where applicable, promotional information about our own products

• Maintain the security and integrity of the App

We do not sell your personal information. We do not use your information for third-party advertising, and we do not use tracking SDKs or ad networks in this App.

4. Third-Party Services We Use

The App uses the following third-party service providers to operate:

• Firebase Authentication (Google) — for account creation and sign-in

• Google Sign-In — as an optional sign-in method

• Sign in with Apple — as an optional sign-in method

• Cloud Firestore (Google Firebase) — to securely store your account and business data

• Firebase Remote Config (Google Firebase) — used to manage app configuration, optional update prompts, and in-app promotional content

5. Data Storage and Security

Your data is stored on Google Firebase's cloud infrastructure with industry-standard security measures, including encrypted transmission (HTTPS/TLS) between the App and our servers. While we take reasonable steps to protect your information, no method of electronic storage or transmission is completely secure, and we cannot guarantee absolute security.

6. Data Retention

We retain your account and business data for as long as your account remains active, or as needed to provide the App's services. You may request deletion of your account and associated data at any time (see Section 7).

7. Your Rights and Choices

• Access and Correction: You can view and update your account information within the App's Profile section.

• Account Deletion: You may permanently delete your account and associated data at any time from the Profile screen within the App. This action is irreversible.

• Data Portability/Access Requests: You may contact us at [your contact email] to request a copy of the personal data we hold about you.

If you are located in the European Economic Area, United Kingdom, or California, you may have additional rights under GDPR or CCPA, including the right to object to or restrict certain processing. Contact us to exercise these rights.

8. Children's Privacy

Mantic Partah is a business/utility application intended for use by adult business owners and operators. It is not directed at children under 13, and we do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

9. International Data Transfers

Because we use Firebase (Google) infrastructure, your information may be processed and stored on servers located outside your country of residence, including in the United States, subject to Google's data protection safeguards.

10. Changes to This Policy

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
