Privacy Policy for Keepora

Last updated: September 16, 2026

Keepora is an expiry date and reminder management application designed to help users keep track of important dates such as warranties, documents, medicines, appliances, vehicles, and other items.

This Privacy Policy explains how Keepora accesses and handles information when you use the application.

1. Information You Enter

Keepora allows you to enter information such as item names, categories, purchase dates, expiry dates, prices, notes, reminder preferences, and optional receipt images.

This information is used only to provide the app's tracking, organization, and reminder features.

2. Local Data Storage

Information saved in Keepora is stored locally on your device. Keepora does not require a user account and does not upload your saved item information to a Keepora-operated server.

If you uninstall the application or clear its application data, locally stored information may be permanently removed.

3. Receipt Images and Photo Access

Keepora provides an optional feature that allows you to attach a receipt image to an item.

When you choose to attach a receipt, a system-provided image picker may be used so that you can select an image. Keepora does not require broad access to your entire photo library for this feature. The image selected by you is used to provide the receipt attachment feature and is stored for use within the application.

Keepora does not sell or use your receipt images for advertising.

4. Notifications

Keepora may request permission to send notifications. Notifications are used to provide expiry reminders based on the dates and reminder preferences you configure.

You may deny or disable notification permission through your device settings. Doing so may prevent Keepora from displaying reminders.

5. Information Sharing

Keepora does not sell your personal information.

Keepora does not intentionally transmit your saved items, notes, dates, prices, or attached receipts to Keepora-operated servers or share this information with third parties for advertising or marketing.

6. Third-Party Software

Keepora is built using Flutter and uses software libraries that support application functionality, including local preferences, image selection, local notifications, date/time handling, URL opening, and the device sharing interface.

These components are used to provide the application's features. Keepora does not integrate advertising or analytics SDKs in the current version.

7. Data Security

Keepora limits access to information to what is needed to provide its features. Because app information is primarily stored locally on your device, the security of your device also contributes to the protection of that information.

No method of electronic storage can be guaranteed to be completely secure.

8. Data Retention and Deletion

Your Keepora items remain stored locally until you delete them, clear the application's data, or uninstall the application.

You can delete individual saved items within Keepora. Because the current version of Keepora does not provide user accounts or maintain user data on a Keepora-operated server, there is no server-side account data to delete.

9. Children's Privacy

Keepora is a general utility application and is not specifically designed or directed toward children.

10. Changes to This Privacy Policy

This Privacy Policy may be updated when Keepora's functionality or data practices change. Any updated policy will be published on this page with a revised “Last updated” date.
