# Privacy Policy for InkRoad Challenge

ICannWiki ("we", "us", or "our") operates the mobile game **InkRoad Challenge**
(the "App", package ID `com.icannwiki.inkroadchallenge`), available on the
Google Play Store. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle information
when you use the App.
**Short version: we do not collect, store, or share any personal data.**

## 1. Information We Do Not Collect
InkRoad Challenge is designed with privacy as a core principle. We do **not**
collect, transmit, or store any of the following:
- Personal information (name, email address, phone number, postal address)
- Account credentials or login information (the App has no user accounts)
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID, IMEI, Android ID, MAC address, IP address)
- Device information (model, manufacturer, operating system version, hardware specs)
- Location data (precise or approximate, GPS, network-based, or otherwise)
- Contacts, calendar, photos, microphone, camera, or any other on-device data
- Usage analytics, crash reports, gameplay statistics, or behavioral data
- Cookies, web beacons, or similar tracking technologies
- Biometric data, health data, or financial information
The App contains **no third-party analytics SDKs**, **no advertising SDKs**,
and **no user-tracking code** of any kind. The
`com.google.android.gms.permission.AD_ID` permission is explicitly removed
from the Android manifest.
## 2. Information Stored Locally on Your Device
The App saves a small amount of information **only on your device**, using
Android's built-in `SharedPreferences` storage. This data never leaves your
device and is not accessible to us:
- Your in-game point balance
- Your current level progress
- Your music and sound effect mute preferences
- Your highest level reached
This data is automatically deleted when you uninstall the App.
## 3. In-App Purchases
The App offers six consumable in-app purchase packs that award in-game points.
All purchases are processed by **Google Play Billing**. We do not see, receive,
or store your payment details (credit card number, billing address, Google
account information). Payment processing is handled entirely by Google in
accordance with Google's own privacy policy:

When a purchase completes, Google notifies the App so we can credit the
correct number of in-game points. Only the product ID (e.g.
`com.icannwiki.inkroadchallenge.points_pack_1`) is involved in this signal —
no personal information is included.
## 4. Permissions Used by the App
The App requests only the minimum permissions needed for in-app purchases
to function:

The App does **not** request: location, camera, microphone, contacts,
storage, phone, calendar, body sensors, or advertising ID permissions.
## 5. Children's Privacy
The App does not knowingly collect personal information from anyone,
including children under 13 (or the equivalent minimum age in your
jurisdiction). Because we do not collect any personal information from any
user, the App is safe for all ages. The App contains no chat, no online
multiplayer, no social features, no user-generated content, and no links to
external websites or social media.
## 6. Data Sharing
Because we do not collect any personal data, we have no data to share. We do
not sell, rent, lease, trade, or otherwise transfer information about you to
any third party. We do not participate in any data brokerage or advertising
networks.
## 7. Data Security
Since the only data the App stores is kept locally on your own device, the
security of that data depends on your device's security (lock screen,
encryption, etc.). We have no servers, databases, or backend systems that
could be breached or accessed by third parties.
## 8. Your Rights
Because we do not collect, store, or process any personal data about you,
typical data-subject rights (access, deletion, correction, portability,
objection) are not applicable — there is nothing to access, delete, correct,
port, or object to. If you wish to clear all locally-stored game data
(points, level progress, settings), you can do so at any time by:
- Going to **Settings → Apps → InkRoad Challenge → Storage → Clear Data**, or
- Uninstalling the App.
## 9. Compliance With Privacy Laws
The App is designed to comply with major privacy regulations, including:
- The General Data Protection Regulation (**GDPR**, EU)
- The California Consumer Privacy Act (**CCPA**, USA)
- The Children's Online Privacy Protection Act (**COPPA**, USA)
- The UK Data Protection Act 2018
Compliance is straightforward because the App does not collect personal data.
## 10. Changes to This Privacy Policy
If we ever change how the App handles data, we will update this Privacy
Policy and revise the "Last updated" date at the top. Significant changes
will be communicated through the Play Store listing. Your continued use of
the App after changes are posted constitutes acceptance of those changes.
## 11. Third-Party Services
The App relies on the following third-party services, governed by their
own privacy policies:
- **Google Play Billing** — for processing in-app purchases.

We do not embed Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), Firebase, Google Analytics, or
