1. Introduction I built the Gena App as a Free/Private app. This SERVICE is provided by me at no cost and is intended for private, personal use as is. This page is used to inform visitors regarding my policies with the collection, use, and disclosure of Personal Information if anyone decided to use my Service.

2. Information Collection and Use Gena App is a private application designed for personal use between specific paired users. To provide the core functionality of the app (sharing drawings, photos, and haptic feedback), the app utilizes Apple's native CloudKit framework.

• User Content: Any drawings, photos, or text notes you create within the app are securely stored in your private iCloud/CloudKit database provided by Apple.

• No Third-Party Servers: I do not operate or own any third-party servers. All data transfers occur directly between the users' devices and Apple's secure CloudKit infrastructure.

• Anonymity: The app does not collect personal identifiers, track your location, or use analytics tools.

3. Data Sharing and Disclosure I do not collect, store, or have access to any of your personal data, messages, photos, or drawings. Because the app relies entirely on Apple's CloudKit, your data is governed by Apple’s overall Privacy Policy. I do not sell, trade, or otherwise transfer any information to outside parties.

4. Security I value your trust in using this app. Since all data syncing is handled directly by Apple's iOS and CloudKit ecosystem, it is protected by Apple's industry-standard encryption and security measures.

5. Changes to This Privacy Policy I may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Thus, you are advised to review this page periodically for any changes. I will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page.
