Echo by RI is built as an offline-first arcade game.
Personal Data: We do NOT collect, store, transmit, or share any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, physical address, or location.
Game Progress & Data: All gameplay progress, high scores, coins, and settings (such as sound and vibration preferences) are stored locally on your device using Android's SharedPreferences system. This data never leaves your device and is erased if you uninstall or clear data for the app.
2. Device Permissions
The app requests only minimal, necessary system permissions to operate:
VIBRATION (android.permission.VIBRATE): Used strictly to provide haptic feedback (vibration) during gameplay events like collisions and power-up pickups. You can toggle this on or off at any time within the game settings.
3. Third-Party Services & Analytics
The app does not currently integrate third-party SDKs, advertising networks, or external tracking analytics (such as Google Analytics or Firebase Analytics) that collect personal user data.
4. Children's Privacy
Our application is safe for users of all ages. We do not knowingly collect any personal information from children under the age of 13 (or 16 depending on jurisdiction). If you are a parent or guardian and believe your child has provided us with any information, please contact us immediately so we can take appropriate steps.
5. Security
Because all game data resides strictly on your local device, the security of your data relies on your device's security controls. No data is transmitted over public networks or stored on external servers.
