Privacy Policy for DrawDrop
Effective date: April 1, 2026
DrawDrop ("the App", "we", "us", or "our") is a single-player puzzle game. This Privacy Policy explains what information may be stored, processed, or shared when you use DrawDrop.
DrawDrop does not require account creation. Most gameplay information is stored locally on your device. The App also includes advertising features powered by Google AdMob.
1. Information Stored on Your Device
To operate the game properly, DrawDrop may store certain gameplay and settings information locally on your device, including:
- high score
- current run or saved game state
- unlocked themes
- coins and progression data
- achievement progress
- daily challenge and streak data
- local leaderboard entries stored on-device
- language, audio, visual, and accessibility preferences
This local information is used to run the game experience and is not intended to function as a developer-managed account profile.
2. Advertising and Third-Party Services
DrawDrop includes advertising features provided through Google AdMob / Google Mobile Ads SDK, including:
- interstitial ads
- rewarded ads
When ads are requested, loaded, displayed, measured, or protected against fraud, Google and its partners may collect or process certain information according to their own systems and policies.
This may include:
- device identifiers and other identifiers, including advertising identifiers where available
- IP address and network-related information
- app interaction and ad interaction events
- diagnostic, performance, and fraud-prevention related information
For more information about how Google handles information, please review:
- Google Privacy Policy: https://policies.google.com/privacy
- Google Mobile Ads / Play disclosure guidance: https://developers.google.com/admob/android/next-gen/privacy/play-data-disclosure
3. How Information May Be Used
Information related to DrawDrop may be used to:
- operate and save gameplay progress locally
- remember player settings and preferences
- load, display, and measure ads
- prevent fraud, abuse, and security issues
- diagnose crashes and performance issues
- support score sharing features triggered by the user
4. Sharing Features
DrawDrop may allow you to:
- share a score summary through your device's share sheet
- copy score text to the clipboard
These actions happen only when you choose to use them.
5. Permissions and Network Access
Because DrawDrop uses ads and online advertising services, the Android version of the App may include permissions such as:
- android.permission.INTERNET
- android.permission.ACCESS_NETWORK_STATE
Advertising-related declarations or identifiers may also be introduced by Google Mobile Ads SDK integrations and merged manifests.
Core gameplay remains focused on local play, but the App may connect to Google advertising services when loading or displaying ads.
6. Information We Do Not Intentionally Collect for Direct Account Use
DrawDrop does not require you to create an account and does not intentionally ask you to submit personal information such as:
- full name
- home address
- phone number
- contacts
- photos
- microphone recordings
- camera recordings
At this time, we do not operate a dedicated player account backend for DrawDrop.
7. Data Security
We aim to reduce unnecessary data exposure by:
- keeping gameplay progress local where possible
- limiting permissions to those needed for app functionality and advertising
- relying on platform and SDK protections for network communication
Based on Google's current disclosure guidance for Google Mobile Ads SDK, supported data handled by the SDK is encrypted in transit using TLS. Third-party SDK processing remains subject to the relevant provider's infrastructure and privacy practices.
8. Your Choices
Depending on your device and platform settings, you may be able to:
- clear the App's local data from your device settings
- uninstall the App to remove locally stored gameplay information
- reset or limit your advertising identifier through Android settings, where supported
- avoid rewarded ads by continuing with standard gameplay flows when available
9. Children's Privacy
DrawDrop is a general-audience puzzle game. It is not presented as a child-directed service, and we do not knowingly collect personal information directly from children through a developer-operated account system.
If the App's target audience, advertising treatment, or store classification changes, this Privacy Policy should be reviewed and updated before release.
10. International Use
If third-party advertising services process information, that processing may take place in locations where those service providers operate infrastructure. Such handling is governed by the applicable third-party privacy policies.
11. Changes to This Privacy Policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time to reflect product, legal, or platform changes. The "Effective date" at the top of this page will be updated when material changes are made.
