Your photos are entirely private. Clarify is built on a "Privacy-First" architecture.

- All image enhancements, AI editing, upscaling, and background replacements are performed locally on your device (On-Device AI).

- We do not upload, store, or process your photos on our servers or any remote cloud infrastructure.

- We do not have access to the photos you edit using Clarify.

3. Information We Collect

Because our core functionality happens on your device, the data we collect is minimal. We do not use third-party advertising SDKs that track you.

A. App Permissions

To function properly, Clarify requests the following device permissions:

- Photos/Media/Files (Read Storage): Required to select and load images from your gallery for editing.

- Internet: Required to initially download the on-device AI models needed for offline processing.

4. How We Use Your Information

- To Provide the Service: Using on-device processing to edit your images.

- To Improve Our App: Analyzing crash logs and usage metrics (if opted in via device settings) to fix bugs and improve performance.
