Cell Care ("we", "our", or "us") built the Cell Care app as an ad-supported utility app. This SERVICE is provided by us at no cost and is intended for use as is.

Charging History: Data regarding charging sessions (e.g., energy flow, duration) is stored locally on your device using a local database (Room).
App Usage Statistics (Optional/Permission-based): If you grant the Usage Access permission, the app analyzes active screen time to help identify energy-consuming apps.
2. Local Storage
All recorded battery tracking data, charging histories, and app usage metrics remain strictly local on your device. We do not operate external servers or cloud databases to collect, store, or transmit your personal battery or usage data.
3. Third-Party Services & Advertising (Google AdMob)
The app uses third-party services that may collect information used to identify you.
Cell Care is supported by advertising via Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use data (such as device identifiers, advertising IDs, and IP addresses) to serve personalized or non-personalized ads.

4. Permissions
The app requests certain permissions solely to perform its advertised features:
Foreground Service / Background Execution: To track charging curves reliably while the app is in the background.

Our Services do not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13.
