PRB TECH (“we”, “us”, or “our”) operates the CCADEPT mobile application.

CCADEPT is designed as a management tool for school activities. We collect the following types of information:

•Student and Teacher Data: Names, classes, sections, and roles entered by the user. This data is stored locally on your device in a Room database.

•Academic Information: Event results, house points, and leaderboard data.

2. Local Storage and Backups

•Local Storage: All data entered into the app is stored locally on the user's device.

•Android Auto Backup: The app utilizes the Android system's Auto Backup feature. This means your local database is encrypted and backed up to your personal Google Drive account to allow for data restoration upon reinstall or device change. This data is not accessible by PRB TECH.

3. Advertising (Google AdMob)

We use Google AdMob to display advertisements in the app. Google may collect certain data to serve relevant ads, including:

•Advertising ID: A unique, user-resettable ID for advertising.

4. Data Security

The security of your data is important to us. We rely on the security features of the Android operating system and Google Drive's encrypted backup systems to protect your information.
