Effective Date: July 29, 2026
This Privacy Policy explains how Breeze Wave (“Breeze Wave,” “we,” “us,” or “our”) accesses, processes, uses, stores, protects, and shares information when you use the Breeze Wave mobile application and its related VPN services.
By downloading, accessing, or using Breeze Wave, you acknowledge the practices described in this Privacy Policy.
1. VPN Service and VpnService Usage
Breeze Wave uses Android’s VpnService to establish a secure, device-level VPN connection.
When you activate the VPN, supported network traffic is routed through an encrypted tunnel between your device and a VPN server endpoint. Temporary processing of network traffic is necessary to provide the VPN connection requested by you.
Before establishing the connection, Breeze Wave requests authorization through the Android system VPN permission interface. You can disconnect the VPN at any time through the app or your device settings.
Breeze Wave does not use VpnService to redirect or manipulate traffic from other applications for advertising monetization.
2. VPN Traffic
Network traffic must be processed temporarily while it is transmitted through the VPN tunnel.
Breeze Wave is designed not to intentionally inspect, record, or permanently retain:
The content of websites you visit;
Complete browsing histories;
The content of communications transmitted through the VPN;
Passwords or authentication details entered on third-party services;
The content of messages sent through third-party applications; or
DNS request content for advertising or behavioral profiling.
We do not use the content of your VPN traffic to create advertising profiles or deliver targeted advertising.
A VPN does not guarantee complete anonymity. Websites, applications, internet service providers, device manufacturers, and other third parties may continue to process information according to their own terms and privacy policies.
3. Information We May Process
We may process limited information that is reasonably necessary to provide, secure, maintain, and improve Breeze Wave.

We retain information only for as long as reasonably necessary for the purposes described in this Privacy Policy.
VPN traffic content is not intentionally retained after transmission through the VPN tunnel.

Information may therefore be processed in jurisdictions with different data-protection laws. Where required, we use appropriate safeguards and limit international processing to what is reasonably necessary to provide, protect, and maintain the service.
13. Children’s Privacy
Breeze Wave is not directed to children under 13 or under the minimum age required by applicable law in the user’s jurisdiction.
