• User Input: We collect only the mobile number and telecom operator details you manually enter into the App to facilitate the generation of a recharge request.

• No Account Creation: We do not require you to create an account, provide your name, email address, or any personal identification to use the core functionality of the App.

2. How We Use The Information

The information you provide is used strictly for the following purposes:

• Facilitating Recharges: To generate an accurate UPI payment request (Deep Link) corresponding to the phone number, operator, and plan you selected.

• App Functionality: To display relevant plans and ensure the smooth operation of the App interface.

3. Payment Processing & UPI

Bharat Recharge Kendra does not process, store, or handle any sensitive financial information. When you initiate a recharge, our App securely redirects you to your phone's native UPI applications (such as Google Pay, PhonePe, Paytm, or BHIM) via a standard UPI deep link.

All payment processing, bank authentication, and transaction security are handled entirely by your chosen UPI provider. We do not have access to your bank account details, UPI PIN, or transaction history.

4. Third-Party Services (Firebase)

We use Google Firebase Realtime Database as our backend infrastructure to ensure the App displays the correct payment routing information and maintenance status in real time.

• Firebase may collect standard app usage statistics, crash reports, and device information (such as operating system and device model) to help us diagnose issues and improve performance.

5. Data Security

While we do not store personal financial data or user accounts on our servers, we employ industry-standard security measures (including HTTPS encryption) when our App communicates with the Firebase Realtime Database to prevent unauthorized access or modification of the App's configuration.

Bharat Recharge Kendra is not intended for use by anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If we discover that a child under 13 has provided us with personal information, we will immediately delete it.
