These Terms of Service govern your use of Bat Panic, provided by Midnight Raven Games LLC (“we,” “us,” or “our”), located in Lehi, Utah, United States.
By using Bat Panic, you agree to these terms. If you do not agree, please stop using the game.
Bat Panic is intended for players aged 13 and older.
If you are below the age of legal adulthood where you live, you must have permission from your parent or legal guardian to use the game and make purchases. You must also meet any applicable Google Play and Google Play Games age requirements.
We grant you a limited, personal, non-exclusive, non-transferable permission to install and play Bat Panic for your own non-commercial entertainment, subject to these terms.
Bat Panic’s software, artwork, characters, sounds, branding, and other content belong to Midnight Raven Games LLC or its licensors. These terms do not transfer ownership of that content to you.
Except where applicable law permits otherwise, you may not copy, distribute, sell, modify, or reverse engineer the game or its content without our permission.
Bat Panic supports guest accounts and optional Google Play Games sign-in on supported Android devices.
You are responsible for protecting access to your device and linked Google account. Do not share passwords or authentication codes with us or anyone claiming to provide support.
Guest account access may depend on credentials stored on your device. Clearing app data, losing your device, or removing those credentials may prevent you from accessing an unlinked guest account.
Signing in to a Google-associated Bat Panic account can open a different account from your current guest account. To preserve access to your guest progress, use the account-linking option in Settings.
Game progress is stored through connected services and may also be cached locally. Synchronization requires a working connection. When conflicting progress exists, cloud progress may replace local progress, and unsynchronized changes may be lost.
We cannot guarantee recovery of every lost account or unsynchronized save, but you can contact us for assistance.
You must not:
Use the game for unlawful activity.
Cheat, exploit vulnerabilities, or manipulate purchases, balances, or saved progress.
Attempt to access another player’s account or information.
Interfere with the game, its servers, or connected services.
Use unauthorized tools to bypass security or obtain content without authorization.
Submit fraudulent purchase, refund, support, or account-deletion requests.
If you discover a vulnerability or an incorrect transaction, please contact us instead of exploiting it.
Bat Panic offers optional in-app purchases through Google Play. Google Play displays the applicable price and payment conditions before you confirm a purchase.
Real-money purchases require a Bat Panic account linked to Google Play Games. You must be authorized to use the payment method associated with your purchase.
Coins, gems, consumables, extra lives, cosmetics, and other virtual items are intended only for use within Bat Panic. They are not money, cannot be redeemed for cash, and cannot be sold or transferred outside features expressly provided by the game.
Purchases provide permission to use the associated virtual content within Bat Panic, subject to these terms and applicable consumer rights. Consumable items may be used up during gameplay.
Purchases may require an internet connection and verification before content is delivered. If delivery fails or is delayed, contact us with the relevant Google Play transaction details. Do not send passwords, authentication codes, or full payment-card information.
Refund requests are handled according to Google Play’s refund policies and applicable law. You may request a refund through Google Play or contact us for help with a purchase problem.

If a purchase is refunded, reversed, or voided, we may remove the associated virtual content or deduct the corresponding currency grant. If that currency has already been spent, the adjustment may result in a negative gem balance.
Deleting an account, uninstalling the game, or no longer using purchased content does not automatically issue a refund. Nothing in these terms limits a refund or other remedy required by applicable law.
We may update Bat Panic to fix problems, improve security, adjust gameplay, or change features and content.
Some features depend on internet access and services provided by Google or Unity. Maintenance, outages, device compatibility, or changes to those services may affect availability.
We may change or discontinue features or the game. Where required by law, we will provide notice and any applicable remedy concerning purchased content.
We may restrict or suspend access when reasonably necessary to address serious or repeated violations of these terms, fraud, security risks, or legal requirements.
Where appropriate and permitted, we will provide an explanation and an opportunity to contact us about the restriction. You can request a review by emailing ravenmasqueradegames@gmail.com.
Any action affecting purchased content remains subject to applicable consumer rights.

You can permanently delete your Bat Panic account through Settings → Delete Account, or request deletion through our public page:
Bat Panic — Account and Data Deletion
Deletion removes your game account and associated game-held data, including progress, balances, unlocks, consumables, and purchase records. You will lose access to content associated with that deleted account.
Deleting your Bat Panic account does not delete your Google account or Google Play Games profile and does not automatically issue a refund.
We aim to provide a working and enjoyable game, but cannot promise uninterrupted availability, error-free operation, or compatibility with every device.
To the extent permitted by applicable law, Bat Panic is provided as available, without additional warranties beyond those required by law.
Nothing in these terms excludes or limits liability that cannot legally be excluded or limited, including applicable consumer guarantees or liability for fraud or deliberate misconduct.
These terms are governed by the laws of Utah, United States, except where the mandatory laws of your place of residence provide otherwise.
Nothing in these terms removes mandatory consumer protections or your right to bring a claim in a court available to you under applicable law.

We may update these terms as the game or applicable requirements change. Updated terms will be published on this page with a revised effective date.
We will provide notice of material changes and obtain agreement where required by law. Changes will not remove rights that applicable law protects.
