**App:** Ball Maze: Tilt Puzzle
**Package:** com.ballmaze.tiltmaster
**Effective date:** 8 July 2026
**Last updated:** 8 July 2026
This Privacy Policy explains what information the Ball Maze: Tilt Puzzle mobile
application ("the App", "we", "us") handles, why, and the choices you have. By
using the App you agree to the practices described here.
We built the App to be played **without creating an account** and **without
signing in**. We do not ask you for your name, email address, phone number, or
any other personal detail.
---
## 1. Information the App itself stores on your device
The following data is stored **only on your device** and is **not transmitted to
us or any server**:
- **Game progress** — levels completed, stars, scores, coins, streaks, and
booster inventory.
- **Settings and preferences** — control mode, sound, haptics, language, and
accessibility options.
This information stays on your phone. It is not personal data that identifies
you, and it is removed if you uninstall the App or clear its data.
---
## 2. Information collected by third-party services
The App is free and supported by ads and basic analytics. To provide these, it
uses Google software development kits (SDKs) that automatically collect certain
information. **This information is tied to anonymous device identifiers, not to
an account or your real-world identity.**
### a) Google AdMob (advertising)
We use Google AdMob to show ads. AdMob may collect and process:
- **Advertising ID** — a resettable, anonymous identifier used to serve and
measure ads.
- **Approximate location** — a coarse, city/region-level estimate derived from
your device's IP address. **The App does not request or use GPS or precise
location, and it holds no location permission.**
- **App interaction and ad-interaction data** — for example, which ads were shown.
### b) Google Firebase Analytics
We use Firebase Analytics to understand how the App is used (for example, how far
players progress) so we can improve it. Firebase may collect:
- **App interaction events** — such as a level starting or completing.
- **Device and diagnostic information** — device model, OS version, and basic
performance/crash diagnostics.
- **Approximate location** — a coarse estimate derived from the IP address.
- **A Firebase installation identifier** — an anonymous ID for the app install.
### c) Google Play Games (optional — cross-device save)
If we offer, and you choose to use, cloud save via Google Play Games, the App
uses the **Google account already on your device** to back up and restore your
game progress across devices. This is **entirely optional**, requires no new
account, and is not needed to play. If you do not sign in, the App runs fully
offline using only the on-device storage described in Section 1.
---
## 3. How the information is used
We and our service providers use the information above to:
- Display and measure advertisements.
- Understand usage and improve gameplay, difficulty, and stability.
- Diagnose crashes and technical problems.
- Optionally back up and restore your progress if you use cloud save.
We do **not** sell your personal information.
---
## 4. Sharing of information
Because ads and analytics are provided by Google, the data described in Section 2
is processed by Google in accordance with Google's own privacy policy. We do not
share your information with any other third parties except as required to operate
these services or to comply with the law.

## 5. Your choices and controls
You have meaningful control over the data collected:
- **Reset or delete your Advertising ID** — Android **Settings → Privacy → Ads**
lets you reset your advertising ID or opt out of ad personalization.
- **Opt out of personalized ads** — via the same Android Ads settings.
- **Delete all App data** — uninstalling the App, or using **Settings → Apps →
Ball Maze → Storage → Clear data**, removes your locally stored progress and
settings.
- **Decline cloud save** — simply do not sign in to Google Play Games; the App
remains fully playable offline.
---
## 6. Children's privacy
The App is a general-audience puzzle game and is **not directed to children under
13** (or the equivalent minimum age in your country). We do not knowingly collect
personal information from children. If you believe a child has provided
information through the App, please contact us and we will address it.
> If you set the App's target audience to include children in the Play Console,
> this section and the ad configuration (e.g. serving only non-personalized ads
> and enabling "tag for child-directed treatment") must be updated to comply with
> the Google Play Families policy and COPPA. Review before publishing to a
> child audience.
---
## 7. Data retention
- **On-device data** is kept until you uninstall the App or clear its data.
- **Ads and analytics data** collected by Google is retained according to
Google's retention policies. Firebase Analytics data is retained per the
project's configured retention window.
---
## 8. Security
We rely on the on-device storage protections provided by Android and on Google's
security practices for the ads and analytics services. No method of electronic
storage or transmission is 100% secure, but we take reasonable measures to protect
the limited information involved.
---
## 9. International users
The App is available in multiple regions. Data processed by Google's ads and
analytics services may be handled on servers located outside your country. Where
applicable law (such as the GDPR or India's data protection rules) grants you
rights to access, correct, or delete your data, you may exercise those rights by
contacting us and by using the Google account and Android ad controls referenced
above.
---
## 10. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate,
within the App or its store listing. Continued use of the App after an update
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
