AgeFlow (“we,” “our,” or “the app”) is an age calculator and important-date reminder application developed by Maya Studio.
This Privacy Policy explains how AgeFlow handles information when you use the application.
AgeFlow is designed with privacy in mind.
The app does not require an account, login, registration, password, phone number, OTP, or social media sign-in.
The information you create and save in AgeFlow is primarily stored locally on your Android device and is not intentionally uploaded to an AgeFlow server.
AgeFlow's core functionality does not require an AgeFlow cloud database or user account.
Depending on the features you use, AgeFlow may allow you to enter and save:
Names
Dates of birth
Birthdays
Anniversaries
Custom important dates
Reminder settings and times
Profile photos
Other information that you choose to associate with a saved date
This information is used to provide AgeFlow's age calculation, date tracking, countdown, saved-date, profile photo, and reminder features.
AgeFlow does not require you to create an account.
The app does not require:
Email registration
Phone number
Password
OTP
Google Sign-In
Social media login
AgeFlow stores saved records and related information locally on your Android device.
The app uses local application storage for information required by its features, including saved dates and related settings.
We do not intentionally upload your saved names, dates, profile photos, or reminder information to an AgeFlow server.
Age calculations, date calculations, countdowns, saved-date management, and other core functionality are designed to operate locally on your device.
AgeFlow may allow you to select a profile photo for a saved person or event.
Photos selected by you are used to display the corresponding profile within the app and are stored locally within the application's storage.
AgeFlow does not intentionally upload your selected profile photos to an AgeFlow server.
You can change or remove a saved profile photo through the app.
AgeFlow provides optional reminders for birthdays, anniversaries, and custom dates.
Reminders are off by default and are not enabled automatically when you save a date.
If you choose to enable a reminder, AgeFlow may request the Android permissions required for notifications and exact alarms.
These permissions are used to provide the reminder that you explicitly configure.
If the required permissions are not available, AgeFlow does not enable the corresponding exact reminder.
You can disable reminders or notification permissions through the app or your Android device settings.
AgeFlow may use Android's Alarms & reminders / exact alarm functionality when you explicitly enable an exact-time reminder.
This permission is used to schedule a reminder at the date and time selected by you.
AgeFlow does not use exact alarms for unrelated purposes.
If the required exact-alarm permission is not granted, the app will not enable the exact reminder.
AgeFlow's core age calculation, date calculation, saved-date management, countdown, and local reminder functionality are designed to work on the device.
An internet connection may be required for third-party advertising services, including Google Mobile Ads (AdMob), to load and display advertisements.
AgeFlow does not require an AgeFlow cloud server or online account for its core functionality.
AgeFlow uses Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) to display advertisements, including banner and native advertisements.
Because the Google Mobile Ads SDK is integrated into AgeFlow, Google and its advertising services may automatically collect or receive certain information for purposes such as:
Advertising
Ad delivery
Advertising measurement
Analytics
Fraud prevention
Security
Diagnostics
Service improvement
Depending on Google's current SDK configuration and applicable settings, this information may include:
IP address
Advertising identifiers or device identifiers
Device and app information
Information about interactions with advertisements
App usage or interaction information
Diagnostic and performance information
Google may process this information according to its own privacy policies and applicable terms.
Google states that information collected by the Google Mobile Ads SDK is transmitted using encryption in transit.

AgeFlow uses the following third-party service:
Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) — used to display advertisements within the application.
Google Mobile Ads may collect and process certain information for advertising, analytics, fraud prevention, security, and related purposes.
AgeFlow does not control all information that Google may collect or process through its advertising services.
Google's own privacy policies and terms apply to its processing of information through its services.
No third-party cloud service is required for AgeFlow's core saved-date and reminder functionality.
AgeFlow does not intentionally collect or upload the following user-created information to an AgeFlow server:
Saved names
Dates of birth
Birthday information
Anniversary information
Custom dates
Profile photos
Reminder information
This information is primarily stored locally on your device.
However, third-party advertising services such as Google Mobile Ads may independently collect and process certain information as described in Section 9 of this Privacy Policy.
AgeFlow does not intentionally sell, rent, or share your locally stored saved-date information or profile photos with advertisers, data brokers, or other third parties.
However, Google Mobile Ads (AdMob) is integrated into the app for advertising purposes and may process information as described in this Privacy Policy and Google's applicable policies.
You may also choose to share information yourself using Android's system sharing features or another action initiated by you.
Your saved dates, names, profile photos, and reminder information remain stored locally on your device until you delete them or remove the application's local data.
AgeFlow does not maintain an AgeFlow cloud database containing these saved records.
Information processed by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's applicable data retention and privacy practices.
You can delete individual saved records from within AgeFlow.
You can also remove AgeFlow's locally stored data through Android's application settings or by uninstalling the application.
Deleting the app's local data or uninstalling the application may permanently remove saved information that has not been backed up elsewhere.
Advertising-related information handled by Google Mobile Ads is subject to Google's applicable policies and procedures.
AgeFlow is a general-purpose utility application and is not specifically directed toward children.
AgeFlow does not require users to create an account or intentionally submit personal information to an AgeFlow server.
We do not knowingly collect personal information from children through an AgeFlow account or AgeFlow server.
If the app's intended audience, functionality, or advertising configuration changes, this Privacy Policy and the applicable Google Play declarations will be updated accordingly.
We take reasonable measures to keep information created and stored by AgeFlow within the application's local storage and to avoid unnecessary transmission of that information.
However, no electronic storage system can be guaranteed to be completely secure.
Users should protect their Android devices using appropriate security measures, such as a screen lock and device security updates.
We may update this Privacy Policy when AgeFlow's functionality, advertising configuration, data practices, or applicable requirements change.
When changes are made, the “Last Updated” date at the top of this Privacy Policy will be updated.
We encourage users to review this Privacy Policy periodically.
