Aether Labs ("we," "our," or "us") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we collect, use, disclose, and safeguard your information when you visit and use the Aether Mining mobile application (the "App"). We respect your privacy and are committed to minimizing the data we collect. 

a) Personal Data

We do not require you to create an account using personal identity information. If you use the App in "Guest" mode, we do not collect any personal data (such as your name, email address, or phone number). 

b) Device and Telemetry Data

The App is a remote cloud management and telemetry tool. We do not use your device's local hardware (CPU/GPU) to process cryptographic hashes. The App only accesses basic device information required to connect to our cloud infrastructure, such as:

- Device ID or unique identifier

- Operating system version

- Network connection status

c) Storage Data

We use local storage on your device strictly to save your app preferences, dashboard layout, and streak progress locally. This data never leaves your device unless securely synced to your cloud profile.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

Any information collected is used solely for the following purposes:

- To provide, operate, and maintain the App.

- To display live cloud node telemetry and hardware statistics accurately.

- To save your app preferences and settings locally.

- To improve the user experience and ensure the stability of the App.

We do not sell, trade, or rent your personal information to third parties. We may disclose your information only in the following situations:

- By Law or to Protect Rights: If we believe the release of information about you is necessary to respond to legal process, to investigate or remedy potential violations of our policies, or to protect the rights, property, and safety of others.

- Third-Party Service Providers: We may share your information with third parties that perform services for us or on our behalf, such as Firebase (Google) for secure database syncing and crash analytics.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

The App is not intended for use by children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children under 13. If we become aware that we have collected personal data from a child under 13, we will take steps to delete that information.
