Child Safety & CSAE Policy – FOODERU

FOODERU is a food‑focused social platform that connects users with restaurants and food‑related content. We are committed to keeping the platform safe and free from any form of child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE).

1. Our Commitment

• We have a zero‑tolerance policy for child sexual abuse and exploitation (CSAE) and child‑sex‑abuse material (CSAM).

• We do not allow any content, profile, or post that involves or promotes CSAE, including sexual images or videos of minors, grooming behavior, or any sexually exploitative activity involving children.

2. Prohibited Content

The following types of content are strictly prohibited on FOODERU:

• Any sexual or explicit material involving persons under the age of 18.

• Sexualized images or discussions about minors.

• Grooming behavior, sexual harassment, or predatory communication directed at minors.

• Promotion or discussion of any illegal sexual activity involving children.

If we become aware of such content, we will take immediate action, including removal of content, suspension or permanent deletion of the account, and, where required by law, reporting to the appropriate authorities.

3. Reporting Abuse

We encourage users to report any suspected CSAE or inappropriate content immediately.
You can report abuse in two ways:

• In‑app reporting:
  Tap the “Report” button on any post, profile, image, or comment that you believe violates this policy. Follow the prompts to send the report to our moderation team.

• Child‑safety email:
  Email us at fooderu.contact@gmail.com for urgent or sensitive child‑safety concerns. Please include:

  • Your contact information (optional).

  • A description of the issue.

  • Screenshots or links (if available).

We treat all child‑safety reports with the highest priority and will respond and act as quickly as possible.

4. Moderation and Enforcement

• Our team or systems may review reported content and, if necessary, content that appears suspicious.

• Accounts confirmed to be involved in CSAE or CSAM will be permanently banned without notice.

• In cases involving minors or clear evidence of CSAE, we may also report the incident to relevant law‑enforcement or child‑protection authorities.

5. Age Restrictions

• FOODERU is not intended for children under the age of 13.

• Users under the age of 18 should use the platform under the supervision of a parent or legal guardian.

• We do not knowingly collect or retain data from children under 13 in any way that would be used for CSAE‑related purposes.

6. Responsibility of Users

• Users must ensure that:

  • They do not upload or share any sexual content involving minors.

  • They do not engage in any form of harassment, grooming, or predatory behavior toward minors.

  • They report any suspicious activity they observe.

Misuse of the platform for CSAE‑related purposes will result in permanent account removal and may be reported to authorities.
