Thank you for your interest in our mobile application, Flow Tracker. The protection of your data is important to us. As Flow Tracker is designed as a completely offline application, data processing is kept to a minimum and is primarily limited to your local device.
1. Controller
The controller responsible for data processing in accordance with the General Data Protection Regulation (GDPR) and other national data protection laws is: Martin Schimak Lichtenau 49 4264 Grünbach
E-mail: info.druckflow@gmail.com
2. Principle: No Collection or Transmission of Personal Data
Flow Tracker is a pure offline app that does not collect, store, or process any personal data.
· No Personal Data: The app never asks for your name, email address, location, contacts, or any other data that would allow conclusions to be drawn about your person.
· No Tracking or Advertising: The app contains no tracking tools, no analytics services (like Google Analytics), and no third-party advertising modules.
· No Internet Connection: The core functionality of Flow Tracker does not require an active internet connection. There is no communication of app data with our servers or third-party servers.
3. Data Stored Locally on the Device (Functional Data)
The app stores all data exclusively locally on your device to enable the core time-tracking function. This data serves purely functional purposes and is not considered personal data in the strict sense, as it is not linked to a specific identifiable person.
· Types of Locally Stored Data: Project names created by you; Timestamps (start and end times for the recorded events); History/Logs (The chronological storage of timestamps and project names).
· Use of Locally Stored Data: This data is used exclusively for displaying your time-tracking history within the app.
· Deletion of Locally Stored Data: The data can be deleted by: 1. Deleting the data directly via your operating system's app settings (storage management). 2. Uninstalling the app (which deletes all associated data).
4. Export and Data Backup
The app offers the following functions for data backup and control by the user:
· Export (CSV): Allows you to export the locally stored time data into a CSV file. The created file is stored exclusively on your local storage and only leaves it if you share the file yourself.
· Backup (JSON): Allows the creation of a JSON file as a backup of the app data for later restoration. The backup file is stored exclusively on your local storage.
We, as developers, do not have access to these exported or backed-up files.
5. Data Processing by the App Store (Google Play)
As a paid application, the purchase and license verification are handled by the Google Play Store. This processing is the responsibility of Google and typically includes: your payment information and device IDs for checking the license and purchase status. We only receive anonymized statistics from Google and do not have access to your payment or license data collected by Google.
6. Your Rights as a Data Subject
Since Flow Tracker does not collect or store any personal data from you, your rights (right of access, right to rectification, erasure, etc., according to Art. 15 et seq. GDPR) are primarily limited to the data processed by the Google Play Store during the purchase process.
· Right to Erasure: The data is deleted directly by you via the uninstallation of the app or the management of the app storage (see Section 3).
· Right to Data Portability: This right is realized directly in the app through the Export and Backup functions (CSV/JSON).
