# Privacy Policy for Flick Strike
**Last updated: 26 July 2026**
This Privacy Policy explains how **LuJan Game Studio** ("we", "us", "our"),
based in Switzerland, handles information in connection with the mobile game
**Flick Strike** (the "Game"). By installing or using the Game you agree to the
practices described here.
We built Flick Strike to collect as little personal data as possible. The Game
itself has no user accounts of our own and stores your progress on your device.
The data that is processed comes almost entirely from optional Google services
(ads, sign-in and purchases), described below.
---
## 1. Summary
In short: your progress — your best score, in-game credits, and the balls you own
and have equipped — is saved only on your device. To keep the Game free, ads are
shown through Google AdMob, which processes an advertising identifier and related
ad data. If you choose to sign in, Google Play Games shares your player profile
and scores so they can appear on the global leaderboards. In-app purchases are
handled by Google Play Billing. We do not collect your name, email address, phone
number, or precise location, and we do not sell your personal data.
## 2. Information we process
### a) Data stored on your device
Your personal best score, in-game credits, and which ball skins you own and have
equipped are stored locally on your device. This data stays on the device and is
removed when you uninstall the Game. It is not transmitted to us.
### b) Advertising data (Google AdMob)
The Game is free and supported by occasional ads served through **Google AdMob**.
To deliver and measure ads, Google may process your device's **advertising ID**,
IP address, and general device and usage information. Depending on your consent
(see Section 3), ads are either **personalized** or **non-personalized**.
We do not receive or store this advertising data ourselves.
### c) Google Play Games Services (optional)
If you choose to sign in with **Google Play Games**, Google provides the Game
with your Play Games **player ID** and **display name** so your scores can be
posted to the global **All-Time** and **Last-7-Days** leaderboards. Signing in is
entirely optional — the Game is fully playable without it, and your best score is
always kept locally regardless. You can play, and stop sharing scores, at any
time by not signing in or by signing out in the Google Play Games app.
### d) In-app purchases (Google Play Billing)
The Game offers optional purchases (for example, removing ads or credit packs).
Payments are handled entirely by **Google Play Billing**. We never see or store
your payment card or billing details; we only receive a confirmation token that
tells the Game a purchase completed so we can unlock the content.
## 3. Advertising consent (EEA, UK and Switzerland)
If you are in the European Economic Area, the United Kingdom or Switzerland, the
Game shows a **consent form** (via Google's User Messaging Platform) before ads
are personalized, in line with the GDPR and the Swiss Federal Act on Data
Protection (FADP). You can choose personalized or non-personalized ads. You can
change your choice at any time from the home screen via **"Privacy options"**,
where the consent form is available whenever it applies to you.
## 4. Third-party services
The Game relies on Google services. Their processing of data is governed by
Google's own privacy policy:
- **Google AdMob** — advertising
- **Google Play Games Services** — optional sign-in and leaderboards
- **Google Play Billing** — in-app purchases
- **Google User Messaging Platform** — consent management

How Google uses data from apps that use its services: https://policies.google.com/technologies/partner-sites
## 5. Legal bases (GDPR / FADP)
Where the GDPR or Swiss FADP applies, we rely on:
- **Consent** — for personalized advertising (which you can withdraw at any time).
- **Legitimate interests** — for showing non-personalized ads and basic,
aggregate measurement needed to keep the Game free and functioning.
- **Performance of a contract** — to deliver in-app purchases you request and,
if you sign in, to provide the leaderboard feature.
## 6. Data sharing
We do not sell your personal data and do not share it with third parties for
their own marketing. Data is processed only by the Google services listed in
Section 4, acting as independent controllers or as our processors, solely to
provide the features described here or as required by law.
## 7. Data retention
Local game data remains until you delete it or uninstall the Game. Leaderboard
scores remain associated with your Google Play Games profile according to
Google's policies and the leaderboard's time window (e.g. the Last-7-Days board
rolls over automatically). Advertising and purchase data are retained by Google
according to Google's policies.
## 8. Audience
Flick Strike is a casual game made for a broad, general audience and can be
enjoyed by players of many ages. The Game is not designed to gather personal
information from any particular group of players, and we do not knowingly
collect personal data from children. If you are a parent or guardian and have
any questions about data in connection with the Game, please contact us and we
will be glad to help.
## 9. Your rights and choices
Depending on where you live, you may have rights to access, correct, delete, or
restrict the processing of your personal data, and to object to processing or
withdraw consent. You can exercise several choices directly:
- **Ads consent** — change it any time via **Privacy options** on the home screen.
- **Advertising ID** — reset or delete it in your device's Google settings
(*Settings → Privacy → Ads*).
- **Leaderboards** — don't sign in, or sign out via the Google Play Games app.
- **Local data** — clear the app's storage or uninstall the Game.
For requests concerning data held by Google (ads, sign-in, purchases), please
also refer to Google's Privacy Policy and your Google account controls. For any
request to us, contact us using the details below.
## 10. Security
We rely on the security measures of the Android platform and Google's services.
No method of transmission or storage is completely secure, but we take
reasonable steps to protect the limited data involved in the Game.
## 11. International data transfers
The Google services used by the Game may process data on servers outside your
country, including outside the EEA/Switzerland. Such transfers are governed by
Google's safeguards (for example, the EU Standard Contractual Clauses).
## 12. Changes to this policy
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Material changes will be
reflected by updating the "Last updated" date above and, where appropriate, in
the Game or its store listing. Continued use of the Game after an update
constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
