This Privacy Policy describes how Fix Team Supervisor ("the App") collects, uses, and handles information when you use our application.

1. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
1.1 Data You Provide
The App allows you to create and store the following data locally on your device:
- Employee names, phone numbers, email addresses, and profile photos
- Work schedules and shift information
- Work order details, descriptions, locations, and photos
- Announcement content
This data is stored only on your device using a local SQLite database. It is never transmitted to any external server by the App itself.
1.2 Device Permissions
The App requests the following permissions:
- Camera and Storage: To capture and save photos for employee profiles and work orders. Photos are stored locally on your device.
- Internet: Required solely for displaying advertisements provided by Google AdMob.
1.3 Advertising Data (Google AdMob)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google LLC ("Google AdMob"). Google AdMob may collect certain information automatically, including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- Device type and operating system version
- General location data (country/region)
- Ad interaction data
This data collection is governed by Google's Privacy Policy:

To opt out of personalized advertising, you can adjust your device's ad settings under Settings > Google > Ads.

2. HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION
All employee and operational data you enter into the App is used solely to provide the features of the App on your device. We do not access, collect, transmit, or analyze any of this personal data.

3. DATA STORAGE AND RETENTION
3.1 Local Storage
All data you create in the App (employees, schedules, work orders, announcements, photos) is stored locally on your device in a private application database. This data remains on your device for as long as the App is installed.
3.2 How Long Data Is Retained
Your data is retained indefinitely on your device until you choose to delete it. The App does not impose any automatic expiry or deletion of your data.
3.3 How to Delete Your Data
You have full control over your data. You can delete individual records (employees, work orders, announcements) directly within the App at any time using the delete option available in each section.
To delete ALL data stored by the App, you may:
- Uninstall the App from your device, which removes all locally stored data, including the database and saved photos.
- Clear the App's data via your device's Settings > Apps > Fix Team Supervisor > Storage > Clear Data.
If you created a backup file using the App's Backup feature, those backup files are saved in your device's local storage and can be deleted manually from your file manager.

4. DATA SHARING
We do not sell, trade, or share your personal data with any third parties, except as described under Section 1.3 regarding Google AdMob advertising services.

5. DATA SECURITY
Since all operational data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device. We recommend using a screen lock and keeping your device software up to date. The App does not encrypt the local database, so physical access to a rooted or unlocked device could potentially expose stored data.

6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is intended for use by adults in a professional business context. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under the age of 13. If you believe a child has provided personal information through the App, please contact us so we can take appropriate action.

The App uses the following third-party service:
