Privacy Policy for Fishing Crew Logbook

This Privacy Policy describes how Fishing Crew Logbook ("the App") handles
your information. Please read it carefully.
1. DATA COLLECTION
The App does not collect, transmit or store any personal data on external
servers. All data you enter — including crew member names, photos, trip
records, financial records and announcements — is stored exclusively on your
device's local storage.
The App operates fully offline and does not require an internet connection
for its core features.
2. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)
The App displays advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google may collect
certain device information to serve relevant ads, including:
- Device identifiers (Advertising ID)
- IP address
- App usage data
This data is collected and processed by Google LLC in accordance with Google's
Privacy Policy (policies.google.com/privacy). You can opt out of personalized
ads through your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads
Personalization.
3. PERMISSIONS
The App requests the following permissions:
- Camera and Storage: to take or select crew member photos stored locally
on your device only.
- Internet: required solely for displaying AdMob advertisements.
4. DATA RETENTION
All data created in the App (crew records, trips, finances, announcements)
is retained on your device for as long as the App is installed, or until
you manually delete specific records within the App.
No data is sent to or retained on any external server by the App developer.
5. HOW TO DELETE YOUR DATA
You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:
a) Delete specific records: Open the App, go to the relevant section
(Crew, Trips, Finance or Announcements), and swipe left on any item
to delete it.
b) Delete all data: Go to Android Settings > Apps > Fishing Crew Logbook
> Storage > Clear Data. This will permanently remove all data stored
by the App.
c) Uninstall the App: Uninstalling the App from your device will permanently
delete all locally stored data.
The developer does not retain any copy of your data and therefore cannot
delete data on your behalf. All deletion is performed directly on your device.
6. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly
collect personal information from children.
7. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be
reflected in the "Last updated" date above. We encourage you to review this
policy periodically.
