FCTV33 — Live Scores & Stats

This policy explains what information the FCTV33 football scores app collects, how advertising within the app works, and the choices available to you. By installing or using FCTV33, you agree to the practices described here. If you do not agree, please do not use the app.
1. OVERVIEW
FCTV33 is a football live-scores app that shows fixtures, results, lineups, standings, transfers and highlight videos. This policy describes the information involved in running the app — what is stored only on your own device, and what is collected by the third-party advertising services used to keep the app free.
2. INFORMATION WE COLLECT
2.1 Information you provide
None. FCTV33 does not require or offer account creation, sign-in, or a user profile of any kind. We do not ask for your name, email address, or phone number to use the app.
2.2 Information stored only on your device
The app saves a small set of preferences locally, using Android's standard app-storage mechanism. These values are never transmitted to us and are removed automatically if the app is uninstalled or its storage is cleared:
- Selected language
- Selected time zone
- Light / dark theme
- Onboarding completed (yes/no)
- Favorited leagues
2.3 Information collected automatically by advertising partners
FCTV33 shows banner, interstitial, app-open, and native ads through the AppLovin MAX mediation platform, which may serve ads from AppLovin itself or from partner ad networks it mediates (see Section 5). To select, deliver, and measure ads, these providers automatically collect information from your device, which typically includes:
- Your device's advertising identifier (for example, Android's Advertising ID)
- Device model, operating system version, and language settings
- IP address and the coarse, city-level location it implies
- App interaction data, such as ad impressions, clicks, and general in-app activity used for ad measurement and fraud prevention
This collection is performed by the advertising SDKs directly on your device, under their own privacy policies — it is not data we separately request, store on our own servers, or have direct access to beyond aggregate reporting.
3. HOW INFORMATION IS USED
- App preferences (Section 2.2): used to remember your language, time zone, theme and favorites between sessions. Stays on your device only.
- Advertising identifiers & device data (Section 2.3): used to select relevant ads, measure ad performance, and detect invalid traffic. Goes to AppLovin MAX and the ad networks it mediates.
We do not use any information collected through the app for purposes other than those described in this policy, and we do not build user profiles beyond what the advertising SDKs perform for ad delivery.
4. MATCH & LEAGUE DATA
Fixtures, live scores, lineups, statistics, standings, transfers, and highlight links are retrieved from a third-party sports-data API. These requests ask only for match, team, and competition identifiers — they do not include any information that identifies you personally.
Team and player crest images are loaded from the data provider's image URLs and cached locally on your device to reduce repeated downloads.
5. ADVERTISING SDKs
FCTV33 uses AppLovin MAX as its advertising mediation platform. AppLovin MAX can route ad requests to its own exchange or to other certified ad networks, which may include Meta Audience Network. Each of these companies acts as an independent data controller for the information it collects through its SDK, governed by its own privacy policy:

- Meta Platforms, Inc. (Audience Network) — Mediated ad network. Policy: https://www.facebook.com/privacy/policy/
Which specific networks serve a given ad can change over time as mediation partners are added, removed, or adjusted for performance.
6. SHARING & DISCLOSURE
We do not sell personal information to data brokers, and we do not share the on-device preferences described in Section 2.2 with anyone — they never leave your device.
Advertising identifiers and device data described in Section 2.3 are shared with our advertising partners for the sole purpose of ad delivery and measurement. Under some regional privacy laws, such as the California Consumer Privacy Act, this kind of sharing for advertising purposes may be defined as a "sale" or "share" of personal information — see Section 7 for how to opt out.
We may also disclose information where required to comply with a legal obligation, such as a valid court order or applicable law.
7. YOUR CHOICES
FCTV33 has no account to manage, so most privacy choices are controlled through your device's own settings rather than inside the app.
- Limit ad personalization: On Android, go to Settings → Privacy → Ads and turn on "Opt out of Ads Personalization" (or reset your advertising identifier from the same screen).
- Clear on-device data: In Android's app info screen for FCTV33, use "Clear storage" to remove all locally saved preferences, or simply uninstall the app.
- California residents: the device-level ad opt-out above is the mechanism for exercising "Do Not Sell or Share My Personal Information," since the app holds no account to submit a separate request against.
8. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY
FCTV33 is intended for a general audience and is not directed at children under 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children under 13. If you believe a child has provided us with personal information, please contact us using the details in Section 12 and we will take steps to remove it.
9. RETENTION & SECURITY
On-device preferences persist only for as long as the app remains installed with its storage intact, and are deleted on uninstall or when app storage is cleared. We do not operate a backend database of user accounts or personal profiles.
Data handled by our advertising partners is retained according to their own retention schedules, described in the policies linked in Section 5. Requests to fetch match data are made over encrypted (HTTPS) connections.
10. INTERNATIONAL TRANSFERS
Our advertising partners operate globally, and the device and advertising data described in Section 2.3 may be processed in countries other than the one you are located in, including the United States, under the safeguards described in each partner's own privacy policy.
11. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY
We may update this policy from time to time — for instance, if a new advertising partner is added or a regulation changes. The "Effective" date at the top of this page reflects the latest revision. Continued use of FCTV33 after a change takes effect constitutes acceptance of the revised policy.
