نحن في «فردة جملة» نحترم خصوصيتك ونلتزم بحماية بياناتك الشخصية. توضّح هذه السياسة أنواع البيانات التي نجمعها عند استخدامك للتطبيق، وكيف نستخدمها ونحميها. باستخدامك للتطبيق فإنك توافق على الممارسات الموضّحة هنا.

1. البيانات التي نجمعها

• بيانات الحساب: الاسم، رقم الهاتف، البريد الإلكتروني، وصورة الملف الشخصي (اختيارية).

• بيانات الطلب والتوصيل: العنوان، تفاصيل الطلبات، وموقعك الجغرافي (عند طلب التوصيل أو تحديد العنوان على الخريطة).

• الصور: الصور التي ترفعها داخل التطبيق (مثل صورة الملف الشخصي أو صور مرفقة بطلب).

• بيانات الجهاز والإشعارات: معرّف الإشعارات (Push Token) ونوع نظام التشغيل لإرسال إشعارات حالة الطلب.

• بيانات الاستخدام: معلومات تحليلية عن طريقة استخدام التطبيق لتحسين الخدمة.

2. كيف نستخدم بياناتك

• إنشاء حسابك وتسجيل دخولك وإدارة طلباتك.

• تنفيذ عمليات الشراء والشحن والتوصيل لباب محلك.

• إرسال إشعارات بحالة الطلب والعروض والتحديثات.

• تقديم الدعم والرد على استفساراتك.

• تحسين أداء التطبيق وتجربة الاستخدام.

3. أذونات التطبيق

• الموقع: لتحديد عنوان التوصيل وحساب الشحن وتتبّع الطلب.

• الكاميرا والتخزين: لرفع الصور وصورة الملف الشخصي.

• الإشعارات: لإرسال تحديثات حالة الطلب والعروض.

• الهاتف: لإجراء مكالمة بالدعم عند الحاجة.

4. مشاركة البيانات مع أطراف ثالثة

لا نبيع بياناتك الشخصية. وقد نشارك حدًّا أدنى منها مع مزوّدي خدمات موثوقين لتشغيل التطبيق فقط:

• Google (Firebase): الإشعارات الفورية (Cloud Messaging)، التحليلات (Analytics)، وخرائط Google.

• شركات الشحن والتوصيل: لتسليم طلبك (تتم مشاركة العنوان واسم وهاتف المستلم فقط).

5. أمان البيانات

نتّخذ إجراءات تقنية وتنظيمية معقولة لحماية بياناتك من الوصول أو الاستخدام أو الإفصاح غير المصرّح به. ومع ذلك لا توجد وسيلة نقل عبر الإنترنت آمنة بنسبة 100%.

6. الاحتفاظ بالبيانات

نحتفظ ببياناتك طالما حسابك نشط أو بالقدر اللازم لتقديم الخدمة والامتثال للالتزامات القانونية.

7. حقوقك

• الوصول إلى بياناتك أو تعديلها من داخل التطبيق.

• طلب حذف حسابك وبياناتك بالتواصل معنا.

8. خصوصية الأطفال

التطبيق موجّه للتجار والبالغين ولا يستهدف الأطفال دون سن 18 عامًا، ولا نجمع بياناتهم عن قصد.

9. التعديلات على هذه السياسة

قد نحدّث هذه السياسة من وقت لآخر، وسننشر النسخة المحدّثة على هذه الصفحة مع تعديل تاريخ آخر تحديث.

2. How We Use Your Data

• Create your account, sign you in, and manage your orders.

• Process purchases, shipping, and delivery to your store.

• Send notifications about order status, offers, and updates.

• Provide support and respond to your inquiries.

• Improve app performance and user experience.

3. App Permissions

• Location: to set the delivery address, calculate shipping, and track the order.

• Camera & storage: to upload images and your profile photo.

• Notifications: to send order-status updates and offers.

• Phone: to call support when needed.

4. Sharing With Third Parties

We do not sell your personal data. We may share the minimum necessary with trusted service providers solely to operate the app:

• Google (Firebase): push notifications (Cloud Messaging), Analytics, and Google Maps.

• Facebook (Meta): Facebook login and analytics.

• Shipping & delivery partners: to deliver your order (only the recipient's address, name, and phone are shared).

5. Data Security

We apply reasonable technical and organizational measures to protect your data from unauthorized access, use, or disclosure. However, no method of transmission over the internet is 100% secure.

We retain your data for as long as your account is active or as needed to provide the service and comply with legal obligations.

• Access or update your data from within the app.

• Request deletion of your account and data by contacting us.

The app is intended for merchants and adults and is not directed to children under 18. We do not knowingly collect their data.
