Factory Shift Manager

1. INTRODUCTION

Factory Shift Manager ("the App") is developed and maintained by an independent developer. This Privacy Policy explains what information the App collects, how it is used, and your rights regarding your data.

By using the App, you agree to the terms described in this policy. If you do not agree, please do not use the App.

2. DATA COLLECTION

Factory Shift Manager is an OFFLINE-ONLY application. All data you enter — including worker profiles, shift schedules, attendance records, leave requests, production orders, and announcements — is stored exclusively on your device in a local database.

We do NOT collect, transmit, or store any personal data on external servers. We do NOT require you to create an account or log in.

The following information is stored locally on your device only:

• Worker names, photos, department, job position, employee ID, phone number

• Shift schedules and worker assignments

• Attendance records (present, absent, late, early leave)

• Leave request details

• Production order information

• Announcements content

3. DEVICE PERMISSIONS

The App requests the following device permissions for specific features:

• CAMERA: Used only when you choose to take a photo for a worker profile. The App does not access the camera at any other time.

• READ MEDIA IMAGES / READ EXTERNAL STORAGE: Used only when you choose to select a photo from your gallery for a worker profile.

• INTERNET: Required by the Google Mobile Ads SDK to display banner advertisements. No user data is sent via this connection.

4. ADVERTISING (GOOGLE ADMOB)

The App displays banner advertisements provided by Google AdMob. Google AdMob may collect and use non-personally-identifiable information (such as device type, ad interaction data, and approximate location) to serve relevant ads.

Google's privacy policy applies to AdMob services:

You can opt out of personalized advertising through your device settings under Google > Ads > Opt out of Ads Personalization.

5. DATA SHARING

We do NOT sell, share, or transfer your data to any third party, except as described in Section 4 (Google AdMob advertising).

When you use the built-in sharing features (such as sharing a PDF schedule or announcement via LINE or email), the content is sent using your device's native sharing system. The developer has no access to what you share or with whom.

6. DATA RETENTION AND DELETION

All data is stored locally on your device for as long as you use the App. No data is retained on any server or cloud service by the developer.

You can delete your data at any time using the following methods:

• Delete individual records: Open any worker, shift, order, leave request, or announcement and use the Delete option.

• Clear all data: Uninstalling the App from your device permanently removes the local database and all stored data, including worker photos saved in the App's private storage folder.

• Factory reset: Performing a factory reset on your device will remove all App data.

The developer does not retain copies of your data and cannot recover it after deletion. There is no "account" to delete because the App does not use accounts.

7. CHILDREN'S PRIVACY

Factory Shift Manager is intended for use by adult professionals in a business or factory management context. The App is not directed at children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.

8. SECURITY

Since all data is stored locally on your device, the security of your data depends on the security of your device (lock screen, encryption, etc.). We recommend keeping your device secure and using the built-in backup feature to maintain copies of your data.

9. CHANGES TO THIS POLICY

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be reflected with an updated "Last updated" date at the top of this page. Continued use of the App after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated policy.
