Expense Manager (the "App") is a mobile application developed to help users track and manage their personal expenses. This Privacy Policy describes how we collect, use, and handle your information.

We do not collect any personally identifiable information (PII) such as your name, email address, phone number, or location data.
b. Financial and Transactional Data
The App is designed as an "offline-first" application. All expense records, budget limits, and category information you enter are stored locally on your device in a private database. We do not have access to your financial data, and it is never uploaded to our servers.
c. Exported Data
When you use the "Export to CSV" feature, a file is generated on your device. You are responsible for where you share this file (e.g., via email, WhatsApp, or cloud storage).
2. Third-Party Services
We use third-party services that may collect information used to identify you:
Google AdMob: We use AdMob to display advertisements. AdMob may collect certain data, such as your Device ID, to serve personalized ads.
Google’s Privacy Policy
Google Play Services: Used for app updates and internal app functions.
3. Data Storage and Security
Your data is stored locally on your device. If you uninstall the App, all data stored within the App will be deleted unless you have manually exported a backup. We recommend using device-level security (passcodes/biometrics) to protect your phone from unauthorized access.
4. Permissions
The App requests the following permissions to function:
Internet/Network State: Required to load advertisements.
Notifications: Required to send you daily reminders to log your expenses.
• Exact Alarm/Boot Completed: Required to schedule reminders accurately even after a device restart.
5. Children’s Privacy
Our App does not address anyone under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personally identifiable information from children.

We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. We will notify you of any changes by posting the new Privacy Policy on this page and updating the "Last updated" date.
