Photo Editor & Ai Image Enhancer ("we," "us," or "the App") is committed to protecting your privacy. This Privacy Policy explains how we handle your information when you use our mobile application.
Images & Media: To provide editing features, the App accesses your device’s gallery or camera. Photos are processed locally (Offline) or transmitted for AI processing as described in Section 2.
Identifiers & Usage Data: We use third-party SDKs (Google Firebase & RevenueCat) to collect non-identifiable data, including:
Device Identifiers: To track app performance and crashes.
Purchase History: To manage your premium subscriptions via RevenueCat.
Usage Logs: Button taps and feature usage to improve the App.
2. How We Process Your Images
Offline Editing: Standard tools (filters, cropping) happen on-device. No image data is transmitted.
AI Features: Features like Ai Portrait or Enhancer transmit your image to Replicate, Inc. via encrypted API calls. Images are processed ephemerally and are typically deleted by the provider after processing. We do not store your images on our own servers.
3. AI Safety & Moderation
Our AI features are designed for photo enhancement. We strictly prohibit the use of the App to generate or edit content that is illegal, harmful, or violates Google Play’s AI-Generated Content Policy. We utilize API-level filtering to prevent the processing of inappropriate content.
4. Data Sharing & Third Parties We share data with the following service providers only to the extent necessary to provide app services:
Replicate, Inc.: For AI image processing.
Google (Firebase/Crashlytics): For analytics and stability.
PostHog: Analytics & Session Replays
RevenueCat: For subscription and billing management.
5. Data Retention & Deletion Since we do not require accounts, we do not store personal profiles. To request deletion of any usage data associated with your device ID, please contact us at basit.dvpr@gmail.com.
The App is not intended for children under the age of 13. We do not knowingly collect personal information from children.
We may update our Privacy Policy from time to time. Any changes will be posted on this page with an updated "Last Updated" date.
