• Name

• Phone number

• Driving License

• RC / Insurance / Fitness certificate

• Bank / UPI details for payments

• Trip history (completed rides and activity)

• Earnings / Wallet details

Information Collected Automatically

• IP address

• Device information (device model, OS version, app version)

We DO NOT collect live GPS location or track background location.

HOW WE USE YOUR INFORMATION

We use your information only for:

• Driver account management and verification

• Trip assignment and trip history maintenance

• Payment settlement and wallet management

• User support and communication regarding account

• Improving app performance and preventing fraud

We do NOT sell or share data for marketing or advertising purposes.

DATA SHARING AND DISCLOSURE

Your information may be shared only in the following cases:

• With trusted service providers for payment processing and identity verification

• When required by law enforcement authorities or legal obligation

• To prevent fraud or protect the safety of users and the platform

No third party is permitted to use your data for marketing or resale.

NO ADS AND NO LOCATION TRACKING

• No advertisements are served in this application

• No user data is shared with ad networks

• No live or background location tracking occurs

DATA RETENTION AND DELETION REQUESTS

We retain driver data as long as their account remains active. If a driver requests deletion, financial transaction history may remain stored as legally required, but all other user-provided information will be deleted securely.

This Application is intended only for users aged 18 years and older. We do not knowingly collect information from children.

SECURITY

We use encryption and secure server storage to protect your personal data. However, no system is 100% secure and we cannot guarantee absolute safety.

We may update this Privacy Policy from time to time. Continued app use after updates means you accept the revised Privacy Policy.
