The Digital IAI ALAZIS application is developed and managed by Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia (IAI ALAZIS) as an official campus application to support academic and administrative services for students. We are committed to protecting the privacy and security of users’ personal data.
The Digital IAI ALAZIS application may collect and process the following information: - Student Identification Number (NIM) - Student name - User account data - Application usage activity data
We do not collect sensitive personal data beyond what is required for academic and campus administrative services.
The collected information is used for the following purposes: - User authentication and authorization - Providing academic and administrative information services - Maintaining system security and integrity - Improving the quality and performance of the application
User data is stored on internal servers owned and managed by Institut Agama Islam Al-Zaytun Indonesia (IAI ALAZIS). We implement reasonable technical and administrative security measures to protect data against unauthorized access, alteration, disclosure, or destruction.
